Andrej Babiš Jr: Bohdan Švarc opened my eyes

Sent home and to the world (in English)... Let's get the world to know a little bit more about us again :(

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am writing to you, in your capacity as a leading psychiatrist, to draw your attention to a case without precedent in the European Union, involving the Soviet-style abuse of psychiatry in the Czech Republic.

The head of the psychiatry reform programme in the Czech Republic, Dr. Dita Protopopová, assisted by Dr. Cyril Höschl, director of the National Mental Health Institute in Prague (under former communist regime in Czechoslovakia, he worked with the secret service StB), appointed her husband - Russian citizen Petr Protopopov (until then a seller of bicycles) as the "carer" of the son of the current Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (also ex-StB agent).

Andrej Babiš Junior was at the time due to testify in a police case involving the misappropriation of approximately 2 million USD of subsidies by his father the Prime Minister, and later claimed that, for that reason, his father wanted him out of the way.

In summer 2015, 32-year-old Andrej Babiš Junior, until then a Boeing 737 pilot for Travel Service comp., was held in a psychiatric institution under unbelievable circumstances. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia by Dr. Protopopová without any other expert report, and then he was abducted by her Russian husband to occupied Crimea. Incidentally, Dr. Protopopová's father once received a Pushkin Prize from the hands of Russian president Putin...

It was not until 2½ years later and after repeated attempts that he managed to escape from the violent Protopopov, taking a coach from Slovakia to Switzerland, but there the chain of events continued with his admission to another hospital.

The incomplete story was published in November 2018 by Czech journalists who tracked down Andrej Babiš Junior in Geneva.

Babiš Junior then kept quiet for more than two years until February of this year when he made contact again to clear his name from defamatory information in media owned by his father, among others.

This young man was completely isolated from society for several years and suffered mental abuse, and his outrageous story is far from being at an end...

Open Letter to Dr. Cyril Höschl

May 11, 2021

"This open letter, on which I collaborated, is the result of lies, arrogance, fraudulent abuse of psychiatry, and illegal proceedings by the Police of the Czech Republic. I did not make up anything about my abduction to Crimea, or any other matters. It is not an easy read, just like everything about the Slovak Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, requiring putting raw facts together like a puzzle."

Andrej Babis jr.

https://twitter.com/andrejbabisjr

Doctor Höschl,

26.1.2018, Dr. Dita Protopopova, former employee of the National Institute of Mental Health in Czech Republic, where you were a manager until recently, wrote an absolutely appalling medical document titled

"Medical Report - Finding: extract from the documentation of patient Andrej Babis (Jr.), born 1983, for the purpose of protection within a court proceeding"

(the entire report can be found attached below).

Andrej Babis Jr. was in Switzerland at the time the said report was written, where he managed to escape. Shortly prior to that, however, he wrote e-mails from Ukraine in early January 2018 addressed to the Czech police, informing them that he was unlawfully dragged by Dr. Dita Protopopova's husband to occupied Crimea.

The aforementioned medical report's conclusion states:

"This is a patient with a continuously developing paranoid schizophrenia which started 10 years ago, acute exacerbation in 2015, when hospitalized for the first time... I cannot under any circumstance recommend that he takes part in a court trial or investigation within a criminal proceeding... he processes information paranoidly and therefore wouldn't even be able to provide valid information."

You, Dr. Höschl, wrote the following words on 17.2.2021 on your facebook profile's wall, under the following public post (which was not to mention unethical from your side) clearly stating (and then later deleting your entire comment):

Authentic information from the son of the Prime Minister, e.g. whether he is really sick or not

The interview with Andrej Babis Jr.: "I have a message for my father" - seznamzpravy.cz

from Cyril Höschl

to Lenka Dubova

Please don't put words in my mouth that I didn't say. I did not say that she was fired, I said that we parted our ways professionally, by mutual agreement. Is that enough for you? Otherwise if you so wish, please do come forward, I will gladly tell you everything that I know, because this disinformation is really getting on my nerves. Even though I can't tell you anything from the documentation, and anything that would be bound by medical secrecy, I can however confirm that Dr. Protopopova did not write any verdict on Andrej Babis Junior. As far as I know, there is no expert opinion that exists on him to this day. She only provided him with a letter of apology when he was convocated somewhere, because he didn't feel well. A bit like when you write an excuse for a child, that he/she cannot go to school one day. This refers to an immediate indisposition however, not being a stance. A person isn't able to show up one week, but is able the next. It doesn't say anything about the person's overall faculty. And this kind of nonsense and lies spread on the internet in the hundreds, and nobody will ever clear that up,it's almost not even worth doing so. Therefore if you are really interested in the truth, I am at your service as one piece of the puzzle of information that you've gathered.

To repeat Your words, Dr. Höschl:

"I can confirm for example, that Dr. Protopopova did not write any verdict on Mr. Babis Jr... She only wrote a letter of apology for him when he was convocated somewhere, because he wasn't feeling well. The same way you write an excuse for a child, that he/she cannot go to school. This refers to an immediate indisposition however, not being a stance. A person isn't able to show up one week, but is able the next. It doesn't say anything about the person's overall faculty."

If according to you, the written statement made by Dr. Protopopova "doesn't say anything about the person's overall faculty," then consider the following words of an attorney:

"What Dr. Protopopova wrote in 2018 as a 'letter of apology' from attending a criminal proceeding, is truly atrocious. To write that, a person who prior to 2015 wasn't in the care of psychiatry and until 2014 worked as an airline pilot, was developing schizophrenia 10 years prior, truly stinks of intentionality. As if the main purpose of the report was to prevent authorities from hearing Andrej Babis Junior's testimony, on the Stork Nest's case."

Even a layman can tell that it certainly isn't an "apology letter" but an unmistakable stance of a medical practitioner, not recommending that a patient take part in a criminal proceeding entirely.

No less of a concern is the question, on what ground did Dr. Protopopova deduce an inception of developing paranoid schizophrenia in Andrej Babis Jr "10 years ago," meaning at the beginning of 2008.

There is no such medical knowledge from that period of time, as Mr. Andrej Babis junior was then still studying abroad. Upon the completion of his bachelor's degree (2004-2008) and gaining his commercial pilot's licence at a flight school (2008-2010), both in the USA, he thereafter continued to pass numerous training courses from a number of European flight companies, until being hired as a pilot at former airline Travel Service (2012-14).

On the contrary, this online form https://amsrvs.registry.faa.gov/airmeninquiry/main.aspx  which enables anyone to verify public records, shows that AB Junior was a holder of a First (highest possible) Class Medical Certificate for airmen from January, 2008.

Each certificate must be issued by a doctor approved by the Federal Aviation Administration to a person of stable physical and mental health https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medical_certifications_for_pilots

It means that in terms of health, AB jr. was more than okay in 2008.

Not to mention that this licence enabled him to transport private passengers until January 2013.

May 5, 2008, Graduation, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, USA

Contradictory allegations of Protopopova about this period of time "with the developing paranoid schizophrenia in Andrej Babis Jr 10 years ago," are however very fitting for anybody who would need to frame Andrej Babis Jr. as mentally ill precisely in 2008:

The Municipal Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Prague, requested the preparation of an expert opinion in the field of psychiatry and psychology in 10.12.2018, from Swiss authorities as part of an international legal assistance, with the intention of examining Andrej Babis Jr.'s mental disposition, inquiring:

- whether he suffered in 2008 with a mental illness or disfunction, and if it had any influence on his discerning and controlling abilities... (p.7)

- whether, when, and to whom did he sell his stock in the company Stork Nest Farm after the 16th of February 2008 - whether it was sold to the company IMOBA, and why... (p.16)

a) Did the accused, Andrej Babis Jr., born ........ 1983, at the beginning of 2008 when he is supposed to have committed a crime, suffer from a mental illness or disorder or from substance or alcohol dependency? Does he suffer from a mental illness or disorder or from substance or alcohol dependency at the present time? Was he ever treated or hospitalized for these reasons?

b) Exactly what disorder, if any, is or was the accused suffering from? What are its symptoms and to what extent was or is his health affected?

c) Was he, at the beginning of 2008 when he was supposedly a party to committing a crime, able to understand the possible illegality of his actions, and was he able to control his actions? Did any mental illness or disorder, or substance or alcohol dependency, with which he was diagnosed have an effect on his ability to think critically about his actions? Were his abilities diminished as a result of a psychiatric illness or disorder and to what extent (significantly or negligibly)?

81) Did the changes to the original ZZN Argo Pelhrimov s.r.o company(the changes to the legal form, trade name and changes in the inner structure of the organisation itself) have something to do with the later subsidy request in the framework of the operational program for the Central Bohemian Region? If they did, how exactly?

82) Following the 16th February 2008 did you sell more of your shares of the company 'Farma Capi Hnizdo'? If so to whom and when?

83) Did you (after February 2008) sell your stock shares of a company named 'Farma Capi Hnizdo' to IMOBA - if so, why was the sale made to this particular company?

84) Were you selling the stocks yourself or did you appoint or authorise someone to do so? If so, who?

I would also like to add in this context, the following information:

https://www.irozhlas.cz/zpravy-domov/andrej-babis-capi-hnizdo-rozhodnui-o-zastaveni-saroch-kompletne-zneni-babis_1911210600_ace

Blacked out information includes the controversial transfer of shares of the company ZZN Agro Pelhrimov, that was subsequently renamed to "Strok Nest Farm" and handed to close relatives of Andrej Babis senior. Investigators concluded that these events did not occur as described in the official documents. According to the purchase contract, there were 20 bonds issued to Monika Babisova in late 2007, as well as to the children from the Prime Minister's first marriage - Adriana Bobekova and Andrej Babis junior.

Not to mention, Babis Jr was abroad at the time these events happened, specifically in the United States, as investigators found out from his bank statements. "All transactions by card ending in 9191, were done in the period from 28.12.2007 to 08.02.2008 across various places in the USA," is written in the resolution to stop prosecution of the actors in the Stork Nest case...

As a reminder: detectives were persuaded that the transfer of shares was done only for appearances' sake, so that the farm could fall in the category of small and medium businesses, thus gaining the right to a European subsidy.

The police protocol also states:

From the above information, it should be clear, that the accused, separately prosecuted, A. Babis Jr. remained in the USA at least between 28.12.2007 and 08.02.2008. This being fact it's reasonable to question that on 31.12.2007 AB Jr. signed contracts in Prague regarding the transfer of the securities on the basis of which 5 shares of the AGRO company were transferred to him and that on this day he was present and took over the shares in person as the protocol reads. There is no question that the contract and protocol both dated 31.12.2007 were signed by the accused and separately prosecuted A. Babis. However, it is very likely that the documents were signed additionally at a later date and not on the 31.12.2007. Taking all present facts into consideration it's reasonable to say that ZZN was still, at the very least, a partial shareholder in the AGRO company at the beginning of the year 2008.

It is astonishing Dr. Hoschl, that the fabricated information from no factual basis or evidence claimed by Dr. Protopopova, didn't surprise you at all - "schizophrenia which started 10 years ago" (which is not a coincidence as it only serves to disqualify formerly prosecuted Andrej Babis junior from testifying, and renders any witness statement from him as unworthy of trust).

Neither was it disturbing to you that dr.Protopopova at the time further states:

"17.7.2015 found on highway D1... transferred to Havlickuv Brod mental hospital, where hospitalized from 17.7.2015 until 25.9.2015... later transferred for further treatment to NIMH".

It is a known and documented fact, that Andrej Babis junior spent only 3 days in Havlickuv Brod hospital, and was transferred already on 20.7.2015 to NIMH. It is also a fact, that he was released from NIMH on 25.9.2015, not the other way around (stating that he was admitted).

I am not denying that it is possible to simply make a mistake in someone's documentation. This medical report, however, was unfortunately officially translated into French by Municipal Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Prague, and sent to judicial authorities in Switzerland. Wasn't it possible for that mistake to have been done on purpose? If, for example, the Swiss authorities would conclude that they are not dealing with a schizophrenic patient, your NIMH mental hospital would not be able to be blamed in that case and all blame would fall on the hospital Havlickuv Brod... Dr. Protopopova was writing the report at the time specifically for the purpose of an investigation, as Andrej Babis junior was already in Switzerland at that time.

Considering all that is known about this case, you will surely forgive a little bit of conspiracy from my part :)

It is easy to talk of conspiracy in this case, considering the number of questions that are looming. Like why was Andrej Babis junior handcuffed, when he wasn't being aggressive at the police. Transported by ambulance followed by a police escort, from the curb of highway D1 near the village of Pruhonice, to a mental hospital at a distance of 100 km in Havlickuv Brod (where Dr. Protopopova used to work prior to her employment at NIMH), when a handful of other hospitals were undeniably closer including your own clinic as well as Bohnice hospital.

There is a possibility this was done for the issuing of a mandatory detention court decision by an acquainted judge (former member of the Czechoslovak Communist Party), which wouldn't be possible to keep hush-hush in Prague 's jurisdiction as much as in Havlickuv Brod...

Furthermore: the court order from 21.7.2015 already states that the patient was transferred at the wish of his family, the same day EARLY MORNING (same day as the court session) to NIMH in the town of Klecany. Frankly, Andrej Babis junior's mandatory detention court decision therefore should have been delegated to the District Court Prague-East, which governs the town of Klecany.

There are even more questions looming around this medical report as described further down.

Despite all the above, you vehemently defended Dr. Protopopova in the media, after journalists spoke with Andrej Babis junior in Switzerland, for example:

https://www.irozhlas.cz/zpravy-domov/andrej-babis-andrej-babis-mladsi-dita-protopopova-narodni-ustav-dusevniho-zdravi_1811141413_gak

National Insitute of Mental Health: Protopopova did not make a mistake, there was no conflict of interest.

All reports, that Dr. Protopopova wrote in the incriminated period of time, corresponded to reality, meaning their content was true, and were in accordance with medical ethics as well as legal proceedings in cases such as this," said the director of the National Institute of Mental Health, Cyril Hoschl.

As well as here:

https://zpravy.aktualne.cz/domaci/za-lekarku-protopopovou-se-postavil-reditel-hoschl-i-ministr/r~44fc42a0e82c11e8a7f60cc47ab5f122/

Protopopova's medical reports are all right according to the Institute. She continues to work also for the ministry

NIMH directorship stood up for Protopopova... 'All reports that Dr. Protopopova wrote in the given time period, involving this case, were verified. We found that there were no errors made in them,'" written by yourself in a press release.

Andrej Babis Jr also refutes other false not to mention absurd and unprofessional claims made by Protopopova, such as:

- "extract from documentation issued with the agreement of the patient to the hands of his attorney".

AB jr. never willingly gave such permission. Protopopov took him under the influence of antipsychotic drugs to one of his father's lawyers at the Imoba company in Pruhonice. There he was made to sign a complaint, against the police, regarding the 'Stork Nest' case. It's possible he was also forced to sign other documents e.g. power of attorney to one of his father's lawyers.

In regards to the signature which sealed the transfer of the 'Stork Nest' shares, AB Jr. wasn't aware of the details of what he was signing. He was given a 20 page document, written in small font full of financial jargon, which wouldn't be comprehensible to those who aren't in the field. More to the point, he certainly wasn't expecting his father to be capable of deceiving him in such a way.

- "fired from Travel Service (airline) for bizarre behaviour (he made a handstand)". In reality Babis Jr quit his job (and did not make any handstands while employed there).

Let's take a short detour for a second (back to conspiracy): the then owner of Travel Service, Jiri Simane is a close friend of Babis Sr. The opaque subsidies of the Stork Nest Farm became the discussion in the media in 2010 (in "Ekonom" magazine). When Babis Jr. began working for Travel Service, there could have been an exclusive plan behind the scenes, as to why (and how) turn Babis Jr. into a mentally disturbed individual.

- "broke up with his girlfriend because of his mental disorder". Could it be that Dr. Protopopova is involved in fortune telling? Babis Jr simply broke up with his girlfriend because of compatibility issues, as it often happens in relationships.

- "outpatient contact with Dr. Sikora five to six years ago because of a conflict with his dad - changes in behaviour". Babis Sr is the one who introduced Babis Jr to Dr. Sikora during a meeting in public, which was not a medical appointment or an examination. Babis Jr was never his patient (the aforementioned, is yet another statement by Dr. Protopopova that reeks with intentionality, to present Babis Jr as a mentally ill psychiatric patient already in that time frame). I will not express my opinion on the phrase "because of a conflict with his dad," as it wouldn't be (I assure you) pleasant, considering there isn't a single person in my entourage who wouldn't have issues with Babis Sr.

- "contacted Dr. Sikora by himself, a year and a half ago, after returning from the USA". A year and a half ago would mean in the middle of 2016, considering the report was written in January 2018. Babis Jr returned from the United States in 2010, and never contacted Dr. Sikora of his own accord.

- "17.7.2015 found on highway D1". Babis Jr was not "found" (meaning stationary) on highway D1, as he was behind the wheel of a moving vehicle that wasn't breaking any laws, consequently forced to stop by a police car and violently taken by an ambulance handcuffed and drugged, followed by a police escort, to a psychiatric hospital in Havlickuv Brod. There he woke up, took a shower, had lunch, behaved absolutely adequately - he tried to reason with the personnel and find out what was going on. In spite of that, he received another injection, after which he lost consciousness and consequently woke up at NIMH in Klecany. There, after about a month, he saw his father arrive and walk by him as if he was thin air, completely ignoring him, and proceeding somewhere with the head nurse.

- "key worker arranged by Dr. Protopopova". There is no mention here that Dr. Protopopova designated against medical ethics and conflict of interest her own Russian husband Petr Protopopov as a key worker, who until then worked as a bicycle salesman and had nothing in common with healthcare.

Andrej Babis Jr was always legally competent, and never agreed for Dr. Protopopova's husband to have access to his confidential medical information, not to mention never agreed that he be his "caretaker."

There was undeniably a violation of medical secrecy on Dr. Protopopova's part.

Mr. Protopopov for example received a double dose set of antipsychotic ampoules from his wife, that were applied by injection to Andrej Babis Jr in psychiatric clinics (in Yalta and Sevastopol) in occupied Crimea, where he was forced to go after being threatened by Dr. Protopopova and her husband with hospitalization. When Babis Jr. (a pilot) asked why he needed to take a double dose, Mr. Protopopov jokingly told him "so that you're not scared in the airplane".

- "threats of suicide." Babis Jr did not have suicidal tendencies. He also NEVER attempted suicide and did not threaten to do so in front of anybody.

- "he was paranoid, and escaped to Hong Kong". In April 2017 after Mr. Protopopov threatened him with physical harm one night, Babis Jr left (escaped) the next morning from Prague to Paris (France) by plane.

Realizing the next day thanks to text messages from Mr. Protopopov, that he was in fact chasing after him in Paris by means of a manhunt, organised by his father with the help of private investigators (unless he involved government agencies and kept it hush-hush), Babis Jr immediately took the first available flight from France directly from the airport's front desk, which was to Hong Kong.

After arriving there and checking-in at a hotel using his credit card, he was immediately traced, as his phone suddenly began to ring in his hotel room, which he answered. On the phone, there was a short pause, followed by his father answering on the other end of the line. He asked him where he was, to which Babis Jr replied clearly informing him that he left because Mr. Protopopov threatened him with physical harm. His father then asked him "when" was he coming back, to which Andrej Babis Jr obediently replied "in two days." Then the phone hanged up on his father's side.

Babis Jr subsequently boarded an airplane from Hong Kong to Prague, via Amsterdam. Knowing very well by intuition, that things weren't going to change in Czech Republic (meaning he wasn't going to be able to get rid of the duo of Mr. Protopopov and his wife), he ended up never boarding the airplane from Amsterdam to Prague.

After staying a whole day in the city contemplating about joining the homeless, Babis Jr finally resolved to come back to Prague the next day. As one would expect from his father; after arriving in Czech Republic, his life did not change, and Dr. Protopopova and her abusive husband remained his "caretakers" with permanent control of his life.

For having ran away from threats of physical abuse from her husband, Dr. Protopopova increased his dosage at this point without Babis Jr's consent.

- "after his return (from Hong Kong), agreed with increase to 30mg, but the key worker found out that he was not taking the oral tablets at all". Babis Jr. did not agree with any dosage increase.

In this period of time after this event happened, Andrej felt hopeless, which made him write an email to a journalist of daily newspaper Blesk, who reached out to him in October 2016 interested in Andrej's purchase of a house in the district of Dablice.

It was his father who actually payed for the house, at a time when AB jr's life was already fully controlled by his "caretakers." Protopopov himself told Andrej that he wouldn't be able to live in the house by himself, and that him and his wife were going to move in and live with him. Andrej signed the purchase contract at the real estate firm Remax, where Protopopov drove him one day prior to that conversation.

The aha.cz tabloid newspaper however originally presented the circumstances like this (where could they have gotten such information from?): "The first born son of Finance Minister Andrej Babis (62) Andrej (33), bought himself a sensational gift for reaching his Jesus Year. As our daily journal Aha! found out, junior seems to be saying goodbye to Prague center. He bought himself a house for 12,5 million crowns at the edge of town.

You're a young, fairly good looking aviator, able to boast about living in the town quarter of Josefov. Admiration almost guaranteed... Andrej Babis junior - pilot - has an address here. The problem however, is that he isn't an owner of any apartment in the building.

It would also be futile to look for his name on the building's door bell. According to the land registry though, one apartment does belong to the company Imoba - the real estate firm of Babis Sr.'s Agrofert, whose board of directors includes the Minister's partner Monika (42). Most probably, Andrej lived in the apartment, before telling himself one day: I'll buy myself a house!"

https://www.ahaonline.cz/clanek/zhave-drby/124578/syn-ministra-babise-koupil-vilu-za-13-milionu.html

AB jr. did not reply to the daily newspaper's inquiry in 2016 regarding his house, but he turned to the newspaper in May 2017, when the pressure from the Protopopovs became unbearable after his return from Hong Kong. He wrote at the time under the influence of psychotropic drugs, a confusing email with inaccurate information. The daily journal Blesk did not even consider for a moment (or maybe didn't even want to consider?), that perhaps it wasn't a case of mental illness, but specifically the effect of a strong dosage of psychotropic drugs.

They published Andrej's email partially on 15.11.2018 (only after the Seznam news report came out, where journalists finally found him in Geneva): "Full of emotion, urgency, unfinished sentences and grammatical errors here and there - is how the email looked, that Babis Jr. sent us in May 2017...

Our newspaper (Blesk) decided at that time not to publish information from the email, because of lack of argumentation for public interest: it was not confirmed at the time, that the family members of the Prime Minister where among the accused. A decision factor was also the medical condition of Babis Jr., suggested by the email. His words now complete however, not only the thinking of a young man at a time where he was dealing with a mental illness, but also one of the most bizarre cases ever in Czech politics...

"May 2017 - the situation between the relationship of caretaker (Protopopov), patient (myself), and the doctor - who bares teeth when confronted (Protopopova), is so unbearable, that I'm able to see from this distance in time my own grave / wheel chair, or at least health problems. I do not wish to take medication. That is why I'm writing back to a reporter, who I hope will, wait with me a lot of months. I just want some kind of defense, even if it's naïve from me..."

Note: Excerpts from the email were given editorial adjustments in the interest of intelligibility and orthography.

https://www.blesk.cz/clanek/zpravy-politika/577417/babis-mladsi-napsal-blesku-zacalo-to-za-volantem-skoncilo-u-psychiatra.html

- "verbally threatened to kill his father and his family". Andrej Babis Jr denies all such allegations never having threatened his father and family or any other person whatsoever.

- "his mental state was worsened because of the political situation and media pressure on his father... which is why it was agreed that it would be better if the patient would live outside of Czech Republic through support of his mother and a key worker... Patient agreed".

Let's get one thing perfectly clear: Dr. Protopopova sent him with her own husband to Russia and even occupied Crimea because of political pressure on his father? But patient did not agree.

Besides - who could have possibly payed for the trip and expenses? It surely wasn't Protopopov out of his own pocket, and neither was it Babis Jr, which leaves us with the father/Holding...?

- "refused further depot injections in January 2018". Is how Dr. Protopopova describes that her patient ran away from her own abusive husband a second time, this time succeeding. After Babis Jr reported his abduction to Czech authorities in January 2018, and their subsequent inaction, his father sent Mr. Protopopov again to "retrieve" Babis Jr that same month from Ukraine and bring him to Bratislava (Slovakia) where Babis Jr's mother lived. This is when he managed to escape to Switzerland by bus, while drugged with a double dose of psychotropic drugs, ending two and a half years of terror in the hands of Protopopov and his wife.

Before fleeing from Bratislava to Switzerland, he was forced by Mr. Protopopov to take a photo of himself with his mother, holding a piece of a newly published newspaper as proof that no abduction has occurred, and that there was no danger to his life.

While Babis Jr managed to end two and a half years of tyranny in their hands, these two individuals however managed, in that period of time, to get rewarded for their actions by nobody else but his own father. Dr. Protopopova received a lucrative job ironically to REFORM Czech Psychiatry at the Ministry of Health (where she works to this day), while Mr. Protopopov received employment at company AGROFERT Holding.

Further:

- "lived in Morocco until 1991, then moved to Switzerland". Babis Jr moved to Slovakia in 1991, not to Switzerland (where he moved in 1998).

- "studied Aviation and IT in the United States". Babis Jr never studied IT.

- "then worked 2 years in the USA as instructor pilot". Babis Jr never worked as an instructor pilot in the United States.

- "medication set as depot Paliperidon". Babis Jr was not treated with depot injections during detention in NIMH, and never took Paliperidon. He started receiving depot injections after being released.

- Information is also missing in Dr. Protopopova's record, as Babis Jr was given Xeplion depot injections at NIMH for a period of one year. It is also important to note that, Babis Jr NEVER explicitely agreed to take depot injections, after being released from detention.

The remainder of this "medical report" by Dr. Protopopova could also be summarized as just as absurd as described above. Not to mention that the report was written by today's head of the psychiatric reform programme in Czech Republic, from whom thousands of patients expect; a friendly attitude towards them, the transfer of mental health care to community services, as well as the closing of large psychiatric hospitals and rigorous humanization of attitudes in the remaining psychiatric hospital wards.

Can and should it really be done under the leadership of people such as Protopopova?

Dr. Höschl, with the intensity of your appearances in the media, it is truly astonishing, that you dare to talk about Babis Jr's "trip" to occupied Crimea and Dr. Protopopova's actions only on facebook. Like for example here, some weeks ago (once again deleted by yourself):

From Petr Dychtil Vala

to Cyril Höschl:

The label was put on him by Dr. Protopopova. Which in itself is interesting, the son of a billionaire and prime minister was in the care of a young, unknown doctor, and not in the care of a renowned psychiatrist. Like yours for example. Doctor Protopopova is like a fountain of unexplained questions; Why did she send Andrej Jr. to the Ukraine with her muscular other half? Why was he sent to such a bleak corner of the world as Krivoj Rog? Why did Mr. Protopopov lie on Czech television, stating he had never met Andrej Jr.? What was the reason behind Dr. Protopopova's promotion ? Why did you confirm the schizophrenia diagnosis, without having examined the patient? Andrej Babis Jr. speaks of the events leading up to his psychiatric treatment entirely differently than official reports. I am coming to the conclusion that this was the direct result of the abuse of power placed in psychiatry, in the interest of the Prime Minister of our country. It's a huge and unprecedented scandal.

From Cyril Höschl

to Petr Dychtil Vala:

Your questions are brilliant and I ask them myself. If we are dealing with illness, I refer AB Jr. to Swiss psychiatry, time has progressed since then. (By the way, I had examined the patient.

In addition to your last commentaccording to AB Jr., he had never met you personally. Also, in Dr. Protopopova's report, there was no mention of the patient being examined by someone as higher-up as yourself.

When an acquaintance of mine asked you on Facebook, why you're not responding to the questions in my comments (I was only - though repeatedly - politely asking why you didn't PUBLICLY seek the answers to the questions asked), you deleted his comments (and blocked me from commenting further) and sent a private message to him as a response:

"I would be more than happy to answer anything to real people made of flesh and bone. Not anonymous folk cowardly hiding behind the identity of fictional figures from a television series (Bohdan Svarc)."

The thing here is, dear scholar of human souls: I'm here for factual information, not my own ego (not pointing any fingers). If possible, I'd like to have peace from malicious outbursts, of which I've had more than enough of from people of your kind. All of which have appeared to be for the sole purpose of distracting attention away from the AB Jr. case.

And I'll admit that, after a while, it became entertaining for me knowing that people can't express their rage to the extent they'd like.

The Facebook profile Bohdan Svarc was created in November 2019, with only the intention to remind people of the AB Jr. case. The case has been muffled and sadly no longer spoken of as if the people of the Czech Republic no longer realise that his ordeal could happen to any of us today.

When I published a petition on Facebook for the Swiss ambassador (which I sent with 600 signatures) the very next day I received a message containing a photo of Andrej Babis Sr. with Monika Babisova with the words 'Watching it together,.........' (in place of the dots, my real name)

So you can rest easy, doctor. Those who need to, know enough about me. Perhaps your fellow comrades will share their information with you, should you wish.

To return once more to what you messaged to my friend, as I mentioned. As the messages imply, medical secrecy and personal confidentiality doesn't mean much to you either. The same way it didn't matter to you that Dr. Protopopová gave her husband detailed information about AB Jr.'s diagnosis. You showed this side of yourself also in your interview with Mr. Kubík, where you confirmed the supposed diagnosis of schizophrenia in AB Jr. - see here (16 min.):

https://www.seznamzpravy.cz/clanek/mame-v-sobe-dabelskou-potrebu-se-bat-cyril-hoschl-o-ceskem-teroristovi-mozkove-kure-prezidenta-a-babisove-synovi-65017

Jiří Kubík: You never spoke about AB Jr.'s schizophrenia?

Cyril Höschl: I never spoke about it but I have no doubts about it

You sent the following messages to my friend on FB, which I will refrain from commenting on:

OK, I feel that you're a fair guy so I'll tell you all I know. I'm becoming sick and tired of all the misinformation and I see the AB junior case in the same way as you, only the causality is surprisingly different. I wonder why someone doesn't just start criminal proceedings instead of spinning conspiracy theories? I'd be happy if someone did. Maybe I'd finally be released from the non-disclosure obligation and allowed to tell the truth, even though it may be disappointing to some conspiracy theorists. Bureš [Prime Minister Babiš Sr.'s alias with StB] has NEVER contacted me regarding his son and he never gave me any tasks. No one contacted me in that matter. That the Crimea thing was fairly dodgy, I think that's more than clear. I feel like an idiot as I only found out from the news and was the last person from the NÚDZ [National institute of Mental Health] to actually know. I suppose that people wanted to shelter me from it or they didn't have the courage to tell me. And today all the anonymous writers in the world are connecting me with it, as if it was all my fault.

I'll tell the rest when there is a suitable opportunity.

Nice to meet you. I think you deserve to know absolutely everything. You see, there is a problem with information from medical documentation, but you have your own judgement and can come to your own conclusions about what I tell you. It's clear that AB Sr. is unscrupulous and merciless, but at the same time a series of chance events played into his hand in an incredible way. The result was (and many people who don't know me are not prepared to admit it) that his manipulative lies were at the same time the truth. As Woody Allen said: "Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you." I look forward to chatting with you some time. CH

P.S. If we meet some time, I would be happy to answer any of your questions. It might be a good opportunity to set things straight at least for a few sensible people. With the case of AB in particular, my conscience is clear. It's a bizarre story. Nevertheless text messages aren't the best means of communication. Once the lockdown is over, maybe we could go for a beer. The stupid thing is that I can't say it all in public, because one side or the other would come out with "medical confidentiality". So anyone can say anything they want about me, but not the other way round. But I have got used to that. It was similar with the StB., when Kalenská brought me the whole file with my dad listed as an agent - she can confirm that there is nothing in it (!) that he would have to be ashamed of today (he is dead). The whole file is a description of the Soviet occupation in Liberec and how he failed and let people down, and it includes a suggestion that he belongs in the category of "public enemy"; in the end he was thrown out of his job and the file was closed. Nothing about him informing on anyone or denouncing anyone or anything like that. It doesn't even give the impression that they had him listed as an agent. Kalenská is a witness. And now some anonymous people go on about my dad. The truth was exactly the opposite. And so on. But I'm getting used to it, that's the way the world is.

Dr. Höschl, you have made a name for yourself at home and abroad, to a large extend for your criticism of Soviet-style abuse of psychiatry under socialist regimes.

In my opinion (and that of others) you are now doing the same thing.

In my eyes, at the very least Dr. Protopopova, her husband and you, who covered up their crime and to this day remain to do so - were all a party to fraud and organised crime.

There are many more paragraphs like these.

I personally also don't place any trust in your sudden departure from your post, as I am sure that with your media reach and frequency you would have mentioned it, gone through your greatest accomplishments as a job well done and such. Though that's relatively insignificant at this time.

What I firmly believe however is, that your wish of someone filing a criminal lawsuit proceeding, will come true very soon.

One truly cannot remain silent to this magnitude of abuse of power, and the destroying of people's lives.

Case History

Extract from the documentation of the patient for the purposes of his protection in the framework of a court proceeding - issued with the consent of the patient into the hands of his legal representative

Case History: Family Case History: Sister of the patient treated for bipolar disorder, without other psychiatric heredity
Personal Case History: Common children's diseases, denies all somatic illnesses, operations, injuries, diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy - 0, AA: 0 in 2017 had chicken pox, no complications

Abuses: denies, smokes shisha pipe, very intensively, teetotaler

Social Case History: Patient born in Bratislava, Slovakia, at age 2 his family moved to Morocco, where he lived until 1991. Then he moved to Switzerland, where he studied high school, University in America - IT and flying, then worked 2 years in the US as an instructor-pilot. Fluently speaks English, French, Slovak, Czech. After returning to Bohemia (7 years in the US), he worked for Travel Service in Prague, where he worked as a co-pilot. He has not worked since 2014, released for bizarre behaviour (did handstands at work etc.). Not listed at the Labour Office, does not have Czech citizenship, in 2017, he got permanent residence in the CR - he has Slovak and Swiss citizenship. Until August 2019, he worked part-time in his father's company, then did not work because of fluctuating and worsening health. Now, with his mother, before lived alone in Prague. He had a girlfriend temporarily in 2017, broke up at the end of the year because of mental problems. Childless, life costs covered by parents.

Psy A: Outpatient in contact with Dr. Sikora before 5, 6 years for conflict with father - i.e., changes in behaviour. Obj. boorish behaviour, no medication, further did not go. 1.5 years ago, after return from the US, he contacted Dr. Sikora himself, in behaviour described as unstable affectivity, inadequate crying and laughter, divergent thought, paranoid perception - refused medication and treatment. Then aggressive behaviour to his family members - verbal aggression, for which the patient's sister referred him to Dr. Sikora. Then isolated himself - stopped contact with his family and acquaintances, did not work. Last year (2014-2015) alone in the flat, only ate at KFC and McD's, entirely without contact with his surroundings. 17 July 2015 found in the morning on the highway D1 by the state police, entirely psychotic, incapable of valid contact. PM disturbed, later aggressive, necessary to physically limit, taken to Psychiatric Hospital in Havlickuv Brod, where he was hospitalized from 17 July to 25 September 2015. On admittance, massively disturbed PM, profusely sweaty, entirely incoherent, paranoid, word salad (speaking Czech, Slovak and English all together), had hallucinatory behaviour (catching non-existent things in the air), isolated, given i.m. Haloperidol and Apaurin. Later in care, transferred to olanzapine medication and sent for further treatment at the National Institute of Mental Health. Here a detailed diagnostic was done and medicine adapted. Toxicology: negative, MR EEG negative. Psychological exam testifies to schizophrenia. Diagnostics: Paranoid schizophrenia, to calm, absence of view, medication set as injected paliperidone. Treatment at first was detention, in the course of treatment the patient gave his consent. The state was adjusted very gradually, an overview was never created, even after the end of the permanent diffuse paranoia and the post-procedural defect in personality, executive and emotions was already clear. Patient passive, negativistic and with anhedonia.

In psychiatric office of MUDr. Protopopova, crucial employee agreed and gradual rehabilitation set (first free-time activities, then work part-time with the father in the form (wheelbase of the post, auxiliary work)) [transl. punctuation poor here, adjusted]. During outpatient treatment, the state of patient was very fragile, based on the situational triggers (virus, contact with family, etc.) there was a worsening of the paranoia and aggressive verbal attacks, including intermittent threats of suicide without a tendency to implement them. After a year, refused injections, referred to NI (akathisia, anhedonia), therefore tested aripiprazole in tablet 15mg, the patient did not maintain it, stopped sleeping, was paranoid, escaped to Hong Kong. After return, agreed with increase to 30mg, but the crucial employee found he was not using the tablets at all.
August 2017 already massively psychotic, afraid of poisoned food, pours out drinks for fears of drugs, verbally threatens father and family with murdering them, afterwards tendency to deny homicide. Injected medicine agreed, in transition drops of haloperidol and clonazepam, placed at home with intensive support. Worsening state because of temporary residence outside of CR with support of the mother and crucial employee. In medication, injection of flupentixol.
Patient consented, he found a girl abroad, calmed down, only irritability continued with slight diffuse paranoia and post-psychotic defect.
In the further course, in light of the absence of a regimen, other cultural base and dynamics of the partnership relations that he had found, the situation started to gradually worsen, in January 2018 the patient refused further injections, refused to live with the girl abroad, persecution ideas present, patient irritable. PM disturbed, refused to communicate with examining doctor - communication through mother, who is now with the patient and tries to motivate him to continue treatment.

It is a patient with gradual development of paranoid schizophrenia ca 10 years ago, acute exacerbation in 2015 when first hospitalized. Considering the high fragility of the mental state of the patient and partial decomposition because of exogenic factors, I cannot recommend his participation at the court proceedings or investigation within criminal prosecution. The current state of the patient is decomposed, he works with information paranoidly, and would not be able to provide valid information.

Diagnoses:
Basic diagnosis: Paranoid schizophrenia
Medication - currently none, refuses, last injection 20 December - Fluanxol 40 mg i.m.

Subjective symptoms of the patient - only by reference of the mother, the patient refuses contact - lucid orientation, emotionally flat, irritability, paranoid perception, intermittent spontaneous incorrect productions, without hallucinations, coherent, currently with aggression, entirely without view.

STORK'S NEST

Here for a better overview is a summary, which provides a step by step of the 'Stork's Nest' case chronologically as well as what could inspire Dr. Protopopova to set the dates as the beginnings of development of paranoid schizophrenia in AB Jr. to approx. 2008, and other events surrounding AB Jr:

22.11.2007

The company ZZN Pelhrimov, Ltd. of Agrofert, is changed to a joint stock company - Agro ZZN Pelhrimov, corp.

1.12.2007

ZZN Pelhrimov, Ltd. registers as the owners of all shares of ZZN Pelhrimov, corp.

15.2.2008

ZZN Pelhrimov, Ltd. is getting wiped from the companies registry as the owner of Agro ZZN Pelhrimov, corp. The new owners are holders of the bearer shares, which are not listed in the register.

20.2.2008

Agro ZZN Pelhrimov, corp. is renamed to Stork's NestFarm corp. and is registered in the Register of Companies. The owners are the holders of bearer shares.

29.2.2008

Regional operational program Central Bohemia, evidenced the request for a subsidy of 50 million CZK, from the company Stork's NestFarm. This was subsequently granted.

In the year 2010, the farm was completed. Already it was linked in the media with AB Sr. who had denied ownership.

In September 2013 AB Sr. in an interview with 'Respekt' magazine, said he didn't know who the farm belonged to.

In addition to his statement he mentioned he leant the company 400mil CZK, and has a rented building on the site.

2008-2014

Stork's NestFarm has an opaque proprietary structure. The owners are bearer shareholders, the records of which are not publicly available.

Following the amendments made to law in the year 2014, which now banned the anonymity of shareholders, the company Stork's Nest Farm ceased to exist. 24.4.2014 is the date the ownership of Stork's Nest Farm, is taken over by the Imoba company. The owner of Imoba is SynBiol which falls under Agrofert ownership.

In 2014, AB Jr. began to have problems at work. He worked for Travel Service, a company which belonged to Jiri Simane, a friend of AB Sr.

Was this the preparation for AB Jr.'s career as mentally ill, because the chatter concerning the subsidy as well as the secretive ownership of Stork's NestFarm, was getting louder?

17.7.2015 - AB Jr. was involuntarily placed under psychiatric care.

26.7.2015 - The editor of 'Euro Tydenik' was asking the attendants and employees who the owner of Stork's NestFarm was at the time of the subsidy, during a 'Family Day'.

https://www.euro.cz/archiv/babis-zakryval-vlastnictvi-capiho-hnizda-aby-ziskal-evropske-miliony-1217056

It's theorised that someone must have known of the forward planned reportage, and for this reason it was imperative AB Jr. was 'gotten rid of' a few days prior.

Nearing the end of 2015, by this point AB Jr. was successfully isolated, the police began to investigate the events leading up to and surrounding the drawing of the subsidy.

From January 2016 the case began to be looked into by OLAF (European Anti-Fraud Office).

23.3.2016 Babis senior confessed in Parliament: "Stork's NestFarm, at the time in question was certainly owned by my two adult children and my partner's brother, who held the shares for my two younger children and of my partner."

In May 2016, Protopopov took AB Jr. to Kaliningrad.

In August 2017 the Parliament received a request from the police to release Andrej Babis Sr. to be prosecuted in relation to the suspicion of subsidiary criminal activity, fraud and damaging financial interest of the European union as a part of a criminal organisation.

In this period of time, Protopopov took Babis Jr. one day to the building of the political movement ANO (next to Agrofert company headquarters) where his father was waiting in the cafeteria. Babis Sr. then took Babis Jr. to a conference room behind the building's reception, and told him there that he needed him to disappear (from Czech Republic). They both then exited the building where an outraged Babis Jr. left to sit in the car, while his father and Protopopov were discussing an agreement together.

In a day or two, Babis Jr. consequently tried to flee from Protopopov by taking a taxi cab, but before he could speak to the driver, he was promptly pulled out of the cab by Protopopov.

Right after that, Protopopov drove him to see his wife in her office at NIMH in Klecany, where he was told that he had two choices; either go on a "vacation" or be hospitalized again involuntarily.

Shortly after that, Protopopov arranged Babis Jr. a Russian visa, and took him on 10.09.2017 to occupied Crimea for the first time. They flew from Vienna to Moscow, where they spent a week before their departure to Simferopol, from where they took a car to Sevastopol. Babis Jr. had a visa that was valid for one month only, which is why they left Crimea before its expiry, and went to Bratislava.

At the beginning of October 2017 Babis Sr. in his own words, accepted the charge.

11.10.2017 AB jr. received (by mail) the police charges in the case of the Stork's Nest.

12.10.2017 AB Jr. travelled with Protopopov back to Crimea, this time to Yalta. Protopopov then left AB Jr. in the 'care' of a Ukranian (with pro-Russian views) female companion arranged in advance through his friends, and swiftly returned back to Czech Republic. Upon his return to Crimea, he took Babis Jr. back to Bratislava on 9.12.2017.

21.12.2017 the pair set off to the Ukrainian city Krivoj Rog, where AB Jr. was reunited with the girl he had met previously in Crimea. AB Jr. was then left there by Protopopov who travelled back to Prague right after threatening Andrej with the words "Your father and I will do everything to ensure you stay locked away!".

Come the beginning of January 2018, AB Jr. managed to send a number of emails, in which he told the Czech Police that he is currently in Krivoj Rog, and had beforehand been taken against his will by Protopopov to Crimea etc. (The emails depicted the remainder of the information found above).

- "I'm awaiting an unvoluntary psychiatric procedure", he wrote.

- "In January 2018, he refused another depot injection," Dr. Protopopova wrote in above mentioned medical report .

The police quickly informed AB Sr. He then called for Protopopov, who he had take him to Bratislava. There Protopopov forced AB Jr. to be photographed with his mother and a freshly printed newspaper. This was supposed to prove to the police that AB Jr. was alright. Unfortunately the police was satisfied with that.

On the following day, AB Jr. managed to escape to Switzerland by bus, while drugged with a double dose of psychotropic drugs.

SWITZERLAND

Following his escape to Geneva, his mother joined him. Protopopov also wanted to come, but was turned away by his mother, while AB Jr. also vehemently refused to have any further contact with him.

AB Jr. was suffering heavy withdrawal symptoms from all the medication, but wanted to deal with it on his own. Unfortunately, this wasn't easy and led to his spending a number of weeks in a Swiss hospital. There they did not discuss any details of what had happened to him, nor of the political background influencing it.

Following the standard protocol, following their conversation with AB Jr's mother, the hospital contacted the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), from which they received more information. The Swiss practitioners thus could have only derived information from the fraudulent medical conclusions written by Dr. Protopopova as the doctor in charge of his prior care.

Once released from hospital AB Jr. continued to be treated as an outpatient. He was then discharged from state care after 1 year's attendance, and began to attend private psychiatry sessions.

As some time had passed since his father's arrival in Geneva in November 2018, when he came to silence him, AB Jr. decided that he was no longer going to remain silent. He began to be active on social media platforms as well as deciding to defend himself and stand against the lies and misinformation about himself in the media.

In February 2021, when he conducted his first public interview with a reporter named Kubik, he was not aware of many factors regarding his case. Only then did he begin to piece it together...

He still takes "medication" in small doses, though he aims to come off psychiatric drugs completely in the near future.

THE POLICE

The Czech police closed (dropped) the criminal complaint in relation to the "unknown perpetrator" in 2021, but the request for legal assistance sent to Switzerland in 2018 was "in the case of the suspect Petr Protopopov or another as yet unknown perpetrator"...

https://zpravy.aktualne.cz/domaci/policejni-dokument-babise-ml-na-krymu-nikdo-nedrzel/r~d23c1c9c714811ebaedf0cc47ab5f122/

18.2.21

"When Babis junior, at the beginning of January 2018, informed the police that Protopopov was holding him against his will in a Ukrainian psychiatric facility, Protopopov, the engineer of the alleged kidnapping, was in the Czech Republic. Because of these emails, the Czech police pulled him in for questioning. After that, he flew to Crimea to bring AB Jr. home.

Forensic detectives in this instance came to two conclusions and these were key in the development of the case. Andrej Babis Junior "was most likely not in the presence of Mr. Protopopov, when he wrote the emails to the Forensic Institute in Prague," - this was one of the key conclusions of the investigation carried out by the police. It should be noted that Protopopov's claims regarding his travel were backed up by records in his passport, flight bookings and border control. The information all fitted.

Aktualne.cz has access to the resolution on the basis of which the police closed the case. The twelve page document provides new details. A key passage reads "It can be stated that his (AB Jr.'s) notification, which he carried out via email, is not credible". Here police explicitly referred to AB Jr's mental condition. "He is being treated for schizophrenia. His medical records were included in his file."

BUT:

  • AB Jr. NEVER wrote to the police that he was being held in a psychiatric facility!
  • Protopopov, didn't fly to Crimea to pick him up in January 2018 - he flew to Kiev, and then drove the remainder of the journey to Krivoj Rog.
  • AB Jr. didn't even claim that he was in the presence of Protopopov at the time when he had sent the emails to the police.

SO, WHERE DID THE POLICE GET THESE CLAIMS?

Are we dealing with negligence or deliberate action?

Criminal proceedings in the case of the injured party, Andrej Babis Born ....... 1983 - request for international legal support in criminal proceedings.

The subject of the criminal proceedings on the territory of the Czech Republic is the actions of the suspect Petr Protopopov, born on the 15th October 1980, namely that he, alone or with other, as yet unidentified, persons, at an unconfirmed exact date between the years of 2017 and 2018, took the injured party Andrej Babis, born on 5th August 1983, the son of the prime minister of the Czech Republic, against his will from an unconfirmed location to the Crimean peninsula under threat of placing him in a psychiatric facility. There the injured party was kept against his will, at least from 5th January 2018 to 13th January 2018, in a psychiatric facility, where psychiatric drugs were administered.

The said actions, the motive for which may have been to make it impossible for him to give evidence in connected criminal proceedings in the Czech Republic, caused as yet unknown harm to the injured party.

The criminal proceedings on the territory of the Czech Republic were initiated on the basis of an email sent from an unknown location in Ukraine, in which the author, who identified himself as the injured party Andrej Babis, born on the 5th August 1983, described the above mentioned facts and that requested the help of the Czech police, and on the basis of associated reports in the Czech media.

AB Jr. had never written anything of the sort:

Hello,

My name is Andrej Babis junior - I was forced to sign a written complaint to the police in the Czech republic in the 'Stork Nest' case.

During the case, I was illegally taken to Crimea (Sevastopol and Yalta) where they brought me to a psychiatric facility and injected me with Flupentixol; the man who abducted me is called Petr Protopopov and works for the Agrofert company.

My father used me, and then got rid of me. I am cured after my misunderstanding with the police in the Czech Republic, but my father together with the National Institute of Mental Health are currently writing up papers in which it states that I am not fit to manage my own affairs and that I am still very seriously sick, which is a lie.

My house/property (in Dablice) has been taken from me and given to that criminal, husband of Dr. Dita Protopopova from the National Institute of Mental Health. My life is in danger here in Ukraine (the man took me to Krivoj Rog, where I am currently) because the man with Russian citizenship will shortly be back with papers from the National Institute of Mental Health, as well as syringes.

I don't have the power or means to defend myself against my father who is an influential politician. I plead to you for help and justice.

Kind Regards,

A.

These are Mr Protopopov's words last time he dropped me off here in Krivoj Rog:

"You have a diagnosis since 2002... Your father and I will do everything so that you're locked away... you shouldn't have ratted on me"

(He is talking about the fact that I obviously told my father that he is a former criminal [he even has "carthief" as his email address] from Russia and that his wife doesn't want to help me, but on the contrary wants to get rid of me for my father)

Please help me already, I've seriously had enough of this. There is a reporter from (XXXXXXXXX) aware of this already, with whom I have been speaking to over Facebook because he had contacted me regarding my house in Dablice.

Here is my address in Krivoj Rog:

XXXXXXX

The entrance to the building is from the back, with a sign reading "XXXXXXX" I'm on the 7th floor, door furthest from the elevator.

Decree:

The District Court in Havlíčkův Brod ruled by JUDr. Josef Uchytil in the case of placed ██████████████, DOB. ████████, apartment ████████████████████████████, ██████████, that time located in Psychiatric hospital in Havlíčkův Brod, represented by a guardian for the case Mgr. Ing. Jindřiška Jiráková Ph.D. , attorney with the registered office at Smetanovo náměstí 279, 580 01, Havlíčkův Brod, with the participation of the Psychiatric Hospital in Havlíčkův Brod on the admissibility of admission to the Institute of Health Care

thus: Taking over the placed ██████████████, DOB ████████, to the Institute health care on 17.7.2015 occurred for legal reasons, which still exist.

Justification:

The psychiatric hospital in Havlíčkův Brod has notified the court of its admission placed in institutional care without his / her written consent. Placed was admitted on 17.7.2015. The District Court by its resolution of 20 July 2015, ref. 0 L 528 / 2015-2 initiated proceedings on the admissibility of a takeover placed in an institution and subsequently Resolution of 20 July 2015, Ref. 0 L 528 / 2015-4, appointed him a guardian for this procedure.

From the testimony of the attending physician, the court found that it was the patient's first hospitalization. He was brought handcuffed to bed by the ambulance with the assistance of the police and the highway police after being found on the D1 motorway as he stood there and behaved disproportionately. He spoke alternately Czech, English, Slovak, claimed to have a bomb in his car, claimed to be George Clooney, that he was Barak Obama, etc. He became restless and aggressive when the police tried to ID him. Upon admitting to a psychiatric hospital there was no meaningful contact with him, he shouted nonsense slogans or sentences, he resisted everything. There was a need for a short separation and sedation medications. This situation continued throughout the weekend when he was either negativistic and uncooperative or he shouted slogans such as holocaust, telepathy etc. He was treated with injected drugs for non-cooperation for the whole weekend. On Monday the situation moderated slightly, it was possible to perform a psychiatric examination, when it was found he is completely overwhelmed by diseased experiences such as hallucinations, delusions. He claimed to be influenced by telepathy that objects were moving on the highway D1. This is a serious disorder, psychosis. Drug intoxication was excluded by urine tests. At the request of a family to be transfered to the prestigious institute - the National Center of Mental Health in Prague, this morning he was transferred to the local department. The transfer had to be done with an assistance of two health brothers. The patient's condition remains ill, without the assumption that this situation would be adjusted within a few days and without adequate psychiatric treatments, the patient is now particularly dangerous to himself.

In making his decision, the judge also relied on the testimony placed before the senior court clerk, because he himself had no opportunity to hear the placed because he was transferred to the National Center of mental health in Prague before another court year by the request of pacient family. A senior court clerk found the communications with the placed partially problematic, he was constantly repeating the sentence in a foreign language despite the warning that he should speak Czech or Slovak. Place was claiming he is not treated as a human being when he cannot go where he wants. During the testimony, he got up and tried to leave the building but came back when he found it impossible. He warned the senior court clerk that his father was in charge of the region.

The patient may be hospitalized without his consent or in the case of a youth patient ora patient with limited legal capacity without the consent of the legal guardian if he or she threatens immediately and seriously themselves or their surroundings and show signs of, or suffer from, a mental disorder under the influence of an addictive substance, if the threat to the patient or his surroundings cannot be averted otherwise (Section 38 (1) (b) of Act No 372/2011 Coll., on health services and health care, conditions of their provision, as amended by Act no. No. 303/2013 Coll.), or its health requires both urgent care and does not allowgiving its consent (Section 38 (1) (c) of the cited Act).

By the evidence, the court considers that placed was admitted in the constitutionalcare for the condition described above, for which it is particularly dangerous to himself. This state lasts as of the date of the decision.

In the view of the above findings, the court concluded that patient was taken over in a health care institution without his written consent for the reason according to § 38 para. b) of the above-cited Act.

Learning: An appeal may be lodged against this resolution within 15 days from the date of its delivery. Written copy through the District Court in Regional Court in Hradec Králové.

What were the most important topics on the political scene last week? One of them was the fact that Andrej Babiš Jr. is talking to the media again...

The interview with Andrej Babiš Jr. is clearly the number one topic. And there is a big problem associated with it, which concerns the misuse of psychiatry and the attempt to make a particular person mentaly ill just to make it easier to cover up the subsidy fraud in the Stork's nest case.

I was isolated as an "inconvenient witness" to the Čapí Hnízdo (Stork's Nest) case, repeats Andrej Babiš Jr.

The son of the Czech Prime Minister, Andrej Babiš Jr., has decided to publish his - most detailed to date - version of the events that led to him being held in the Russian-occupied Crimea. "I don't trust the Czech Police or judiciary" he says in the interview for the iROZHLAS.cz server. He also insists that he had to be removed from the Czech Republic because of the "Čapí Hnízdo" case which poses a threat to his father's political career.

Prague, 14 May 2021

Andrej Babiš Jr., the son of the Czech Prime Minister broke his silence again to take an unprecedented step, publishing every document supporting his case including the medical report which has been used by the police in making their case. The "Open Letter" was written as a reaction to lies, arrogance, fraudulent abuse of psychiatry and the unlawful actions of the police. "I haven't made anything up about my abduction to Crimea or other parts of the case" he writes in the introduction to the documents that include some difficult-to-verify information.

In the correspondence interview which he gave to iROZHLAS.cz he says that he is not satisfied with the results of the police interrogation. He also stressed repeatedly that he did not leave the Czech Republic voluntarily - it was orchestrated by his father for whom he was an "inconvenient witness" in the "Čapí Hnízdo" case. And more - he now decided to replace the lawyers who were not acting in his best interest.

His latest disclosure comes two months after his abduction case being dropped by the police (see below for more detailed explanation )

ANDREJ BABIŠ

"This is how the appalling abuse of my son, who is a sick person, continues" said the Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO) in November 2018, shortly after the Seznam News published a reportage in which Andrej Babiš Jr. claimed that he was taken to Russian-occupied Crimea against his will, during the investigation surrounding the Čapí Hnízdo case. Prior to this, Babiš Sr. had been claiming that the son from his first marriage suffers from Schizophrenia. The first signs of the illness allegedly appeared during the incident on the D1 motorway. "I got a call from the police, they said that they found my son on the motorway and that he was saying horrible things" said the Prime Minister. His son was taken to the mental health hospital in Havlíčkův Brod and then transferred to the National Mental Health Institute, where he met Dr. Dita Protopopova. "He needed someone to care for him so she recommended her own husband" the PM said during an interview, in 2018, according to the police report. However, the Prime Minister did not react to his son's claims at that time, despite of being urged by the iROZHLAS server.

So why did you decide to speak up again?

The Czech Police closed my case as they claimed I had made up the entire thing and I don't think that's acceptable! In reality, it was them who made up a story in which I supposedly sent emails to the police about being held in a psychiatric hospital in Crimea where Petr Protopopov placed me. They presumed that Protopopov was in Prague at that time so it must have been me who wasn't telling the truth. However, what I really wrote in my emails was that I was stuck in Krivoj Rog (I included the full address) and there was no mention of Protopopov. The "Open letter to Dr. Höschl" contains snippets from the District Prosecuting Attorney's Office for Prague 1 letter (which was sent to Switzerland as a part of an international legal aid) that refer to the matter. It also contains all emails which I sent to the police. What the police have done has crossed a line, so I've decided to speak up on the subject of and publicise other things too, including Dr. Protopopova's medical report which contains a lot of nonsense similar to the stuff made up by the Czech Police.

In the open letter, which was published with your knowledge, you wrote that "you didn't make up anything about the abduction to Crimea and other related matters. So, do you still insist that you were taken to Crimea against your will?

Yes, I insist. They threatened me with more involuntary hospitalization if I refused to leave the Czech Republic.

But why, at that time, didn't you cooperate with the Czech Police when the case was reopened?

I did nothing because I stopped trusting Czech Police. After what they did to me, first on the D1 motorway (more details of the authorities' version of that event was described HERE) , then when they contacted my father, who had sent Protopopov to pick me up from Ukraine (after I accused them both in my emails), and also when they let my father to visit me in Switzerland to silence me.

The police didn't take into account that it was a direct attempt to influence a witness, so I think my reaction (not cooperating with the police) was quite natural. Thanks to my father's visit to Geneva I was humiliated further when my mother had to read from a paper that her son is mentally ill - that wouldn't have happened if my father wasn't allowed to visit and influence her. That was one of the worst things that ever happened in my life.

Ok, let's look at your story in more detail: in her medical report, Dr. Dita Protopopova diagnosed you as a "patient with gradually developed paranoid Schizophrenia, dated back about 10 years". Were you ill in 2008 as she claims? Are there any medical records to corroborate that diagnosis?

I most definitely wasn't ill back then. And if someone want to claim that I ever was, I'd wait for the opinions of further medical experts which, as I believe, I will be able to obtain soon. Currently it's just my word against Dr. Protopopova's, or perhaps that of Dr. Höschl who didn't hesitate to disclose confidential information in an interview, where he de facto confirmed my diagnosis.

In Dr. Protopopova's medical report (which is now being published with my approval) and in the "Open letter ", Höschl commented on particular points and I think their cause for concern is clear- it's certainly not the state of my health. I really don't know where Dr. Protopopova got the information that I started developing schizophrenia in 2008 of all times - I was studying at a university in the USA at the time and in that particular year I obtained First (highest possible) Class Medical Certificate for pilots following my aviation medical exam, based on which I was entitled to pilot passenger aircraft and I was doing that job until 2013.

THE PROTOPOPOVS

Petr Protopopov refused to have a further discussion regarding the case "I've already given my statement, and I won't do it again" he told a reporter on the phone and hung up. He probably was referring to his earlier interview for the Právo newspaper. In that interview he claimed that he'd never done any harm to Babiš Jr.

He said that their mutual relationship was as "that of two stepbrothers". "I'm really upset about it. I dedicated two and half years of my life to him and it has caused me a lot of stress. I'm not cross with him, though, I know that he's ill" he stated in November 2018.

His wife Dita Protopopova, Babiš Jr.'s attending doctor, refused to speak about the situation back then. "I won't discuss the case, my husband or my family. I am sorry but at the moment I'm trying to protect my family" she said in an interview for the Aktuálně.cz server two and half years ago.

She did not comment on the recent actions of the PM's son, either. She did not pick up the phone and messages to her remained unanswered.

Why would she backdate the diagnosis, though?

The only explanation I can think of is that Czech Police started investigating the subsidy mismanagement and ownership issues in relation to Čapí Hnízdo in the early months of 2008. As far as I know, Protopopova was in contact with my father who then promised her a job for The Ministry of Health. So, instead of giving an objective diagnosis, she manipulated it to help my father influence the criminal proceedings. I really can't think of anything else.

Did you trust Dt. Protopopova as a doctor?

When they locked me up at the psychiatric clinic, I had no idea what was going on so, at first, I had no reason not to trust her. But it soon became apparent that I was a "golden goose" for her and her husband.

Golden goose? Can you explain that a little more?

It's been publicly known that Protopopova was hoping for a career in politics (first in the ANO party, then the Ministry of Health through the interaction with my father. Her husband got a job in Agrofert (the company owned by Babiš Sr.).

The report - which was later used by the police - says that you were refusing to take the prescribed medication. Why?

It was gross abuse of psychiatry, in my case. Not only they forced me to take psychopharmaca but they used them - against the law - for coercive and restrictive purposes. Protopopova punished me for escaping from her husband, who threatened me with violence, by massively increasing the dosage. After I came back, she prescribed double doses which I then refused.

The 2018 medical report did not recommend your attendance at a court hearing or acting as a witness. Back then, did you feel unable to give statements or were your cognitive abilities affected in any way?

I've always been able to give statements and distinguish between significant and insignificant information. Since the D1 incident to this day.

How would you - with hindsight - describe your relation to Petr Protopopov whose care you were in?

Because of the high doses of prescription drugs I was pretty much in a self-preservation mode and, maybe I was developing some form of Stockholm Syndrome in relation to the violent man who I didn't want to have anything in common with from the start.

Do you still insist that you were given a choice - either the "holiday" or the psychiatric clinic?

Asolutely, one hundred per cent. I was given literally that choice, in that very form. I even remember in which National Mental Health Institute office it was, Dr. Protopopova was sitting at the desk and her husband was standing next to her.

You were taken to Crimea just after you were charged for your part in the Čapí Hnízdo case. Was there a connection?

There had to be. The Prototpopov took me to the ANO headquarters where my father clearly said that he wanted me to "disappear". To be perfectly honest, I wasn't really following the case at that time as I was sure that I hadn't done anything wrong, not intentionally. The "not intentionally" part is key.

You're still claiming that your father needed to get rid of you. That's quite a strong accusation - is there any evidence or just hints to corroborate your version of events?

The expression "get rid of" I used in the email which I sent to the Czech Police from the Ukraine. I was in distress and Protopopov threatened me, saying that I'd be locked away for life and my father will take care of that. I can confirm that my father wanted me to leave the Czech Republic. He told me that at the ANO headquarters but it was an one-to-one conversation.

The medical report you provided says that you fled to Hong Kong. Can you tell us more about that episode?

In fact, I'd fled to France as the day before Protopopov threatened me with physical violence. When I subsequently found out that he had followed me to Paris, I immediately went to the airport and took the first available flight - and that was to Hong Kong. I was in a hurry and simply just bought a ticket to somewhere else and, 45 minutes later, I was on board. What happened in Hong Kong onwards is described in the "Open Letter".

Are you dissatisfied with the results of the investigation into your abduction to Crimea? If so, what part of it you disagree with?

I'm not satisfied at all and I definitely don't agree that any part of my story was made up by me.

However, in February you told our colleagues from the Seznam Zprávy (Seznam News) server that you didn't want to "open that wound again" and that you "didn't want anyone to be prosecuted in connection with the cause". I would like to know why you have changed your mind now. Do you want to harm your father's reputation? Take revenge?

I've answered that in my reply to your first question. I don't think that my disapproval of the Czech Police's claim that I've made everything up can be seen as revenge. Apart from that, in February I still wasn't aware of several details about the case, I received a lot of new information since then.

Why didn't you stay in Slovakia after your return from Crimea and why did you swiftly relocate to Switzerland? Your mother lived in Bratislava at that time...

Dr. Protopopova and her husband accompanied me everywhere, even to Slovakia where I was staying with my mother. Wherever I went, they were there with me and had absolute control over my life. Here in Switzerland, such breach of privacy and human rights is much harder.

Did Protopopov want to follow you there?

Yes. He wanted to join me in Switzerland but, fortunately, my mother refused.

Do you think that the actions of the National Mental Health Institute, where Dr. Protopopova was employed, were correct? Did they follow the protocol? And did they explain to you why they appointed Dr. Protopopova's husband as your carer?

No, it wasn't correct, they violated my rights. Also, they never explained why Dr. Protopopov's husband was asked to "care" for me. Originally, he was a bicycle part dealer.

Why did your father buy you a house in Ďáblice, in 2016?

I only have one possible explanation for that: I was supposed to be hiding there, under the Protopopovs' supervision. Also, the report in Czech tabloids that the house was supposed to be a birthday present, was good for my father's PR, in times when I was de facto already isolated as an inconvenient witness of the Čapí Hnízdo subsidy case (all details about the case can be found HERE).

Is it possible that your father did that all in good faith - that being supervised by the Protopopovs was in your best interest? Did you talk about it with him?

I tried to contact my father many times, when the situation with the Protopopovs was getting worse. When I checked into a hotel after my escape to Hong Kong, my father immediately found me and called me in my hotel room. I told him that Protopopov threatened me with physical violence, however, when I returned to the Czech Republic, Protopopov was still on my father's payroll. Nothing had changed. There's no way that he could have done it in good faith. He knew very well how I was suffering under the Protopopovs' control.

Are you in contact with your father? When did you last speak to him? And what about?

We last spoke when he came to Geneva in 2018 to coerce me. I didn't want to discuss anything, he, among other things, wanted me to delete the email address which I used to in Ukraine to get help and communicate with the press.

Within the international help scheme, the Czech Police asked Swiss authorities to interview you in connection with the Čapí Hnízdo case. Why are you refusing to give a statement?

I don't trust the Czech Police or judiciary any more so I don't see any sense in cooperating with them.

The police claim that when the legal agreement Čapí Hnízdo share purchase was being signed, you were in the USA, is that right? And how did your signature appear on the document, then?

It's true, I was in the U.S. at the time and I didn't return to Europe until 2010. My signature was added later, even though it was backdated in the document. Unfortunately, I don't remember when exactly I signed it, I was too busy working on my degree back then.

Did you pay for those shares? Did you even want to be a shareholder in this project?

I was simply asked to stop by and sign something. My father always managed my finances, so I thought that it was something to do with that. With a smile, he asked me for my signature and said that it was something to do with the farm and that it could be good for me in the future. To be honest, I didn't hesitate. I still trusted my father back then, I didn't have a reason not to.

I wasn't massively interested in co-owning a project and I never personally purchased any shares. I don't understand the matter in it's entirety and don't know how exactly it is done. I just added several signatures to an extensive, many-page document. It is possible that, thanks to my signature, some people were then able to purchase something in my name.

In your mind, was this subsidy fraud?

I really don't understand finances so, I can't be sure, however I don't rule out the possibility. What I am sure of is, that I never wanted to be a part of such an affair.

CYRIL HŐSCHL

The open letter in several places also criticizes Cyril Höschl, the head of the National Mental Health Institute and a former boss of Dr. Dita Protopopova. "It's all just a lot of nonsense, I've never had anything in common with Andrej Babiš Jr." he reacted to the letter. "I only found out that he [Babiš Jr.] travelled to Crimea with Dr. Protopopova's husband from the media. It's just a massive misunderstanding - the connections are seemingly logical but, with 500 employees, you don't have the chance to know what their spouses are doing". He added that then he "parted company" with Dr. Protopopova and she consequently left the institute.

How are you doing now, are you still taking any medication? Are you still seeing a doctor? Has your general condition improved since your return from Crimea?

I'm not complaining, I'm feeling pretty good healthwise. I take very low doses of medication and I'm sure that I'll be able to end taking them altogether pretty soon, with the approval of my attending doctor. Currently, I visit the surgery once a month, to pick up my prescription. My doctor told me (before I showed her the French version of the "Open Letter") that she's 90% sure I never had any symptoms of schizophrenia.

The diagnostic process of shizophrenia is immensely complex so, to rule out any historic episodes of the illness is virtually impossible without an in depth investigation based on medical records from that particular period.

I'm not the only one who considers Dr. Protopopova's report as unqualified and unprofessional, several experts share my opinion upon their own inspection of the document. Since leaving Bratislava, I've been feeling substantially better mentally as I feel safe in Switzerland. It. However, took me some time to recover from the stress, among other things after being told by Protopopov that I was going to be locked up for the rest of my life and that my father would take care of that.

Can you rule out that - perhaps because of the medication - you may not be recollecting all the things that happened in the past as they happened or, that your perception may have been affected?

Absolutely, I can rule that out and my attending doctor should be able to confirm that. I'd like to add that, at the moment, I am in the process of hiring new solicitors, I'm just waiting until the recent ones obtain the dociments about cancelling their Power of Attorney. I think that it was mainly their job to bring all those illegal actions and dodgy deals to my attention, but they failed to do so.

Can you tell me more about why you are appointing new solicitors?

As I have already said. I'm not satisfied with the way they dealt with the case, it looks like they were trying to protect someone else's interests, not mine.

Can you give us contact to your Swiss doctor or get a medical report about the recent state of your mental health from her?

Unfortunately, things work a bit differently over here, a Swiss doctor won't understand why they should be dragged into such an absurd spectacle. However, I will be getting a professional expertise in a different way, I'm working on it.

"You're attacking my children, you're worse that hyaenas" was Babiš Sr.'s reaction after his son's statements were published

Prague, 14 May 2021

The Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO) strongly refused to comment on his son's statement for iROZHLAS.cz, in which Babiš Jr. told the press that he became an "inconvenient witness" in the Čapí Hnízdo (Stork's Nest) case and was forced to leave the Czech Republic. Instead, he went on the counter-attack: "Shame on you! You're doing a favour to my enemies".

"The journalists are like a pack of hyaenas, attacking children of the politicians. They should be ashamed" said Babiš at a press conference. He then refused to answer any questions.

"I've already said all there's to say about it. When you're attacking politicians, you're doing a favour to my enemies, you're attacking my children so I don't want to comment it in any way, you would make me to apologize". After that he left the conference.

But: Andrej Babiš Jr. gave an interview to the iROZHLAS.cz server voluntarily and on his own, after he published the open letter in which he criticizes the methods of the police and the Protopopovs (who were appointed by his father to care for him).

And that's not all. Along with the letter he also published the medical report in which Dr. Protopopova did not recommend him being interviewed by the police. In thet document, rather used by the police, she wrote "[the patient] processes information in a paranoid way, he would not be able to give any substantial or valid information".

"I don't trust the Czech judiciary"

By himself, Andrej Babiš Jr. sees things differently. "I was always able to give statements and distinguish between important and unimportant information, from the D1 incident to this day" he said in an interview.

He also admitted that he doesn't want to be interviewed by the Czech Police any more. "I don't trust the Czech Police or judiciary any longer".

Among the document he made public are the emails in which he asked Czech Police for help.

"I have to make a complaint to the Czech Police regarding the Čapí Hnízdo case during which I was unlawfully abducted to Crimea (Sevastopol and Yalta), where they took me to a psychiatric clinic and injected with Flupentixol. The man who abducted me is called Petr Protopopov and he works for the Agrofert company. My father used me and then got rid of me" he wrote in an email to the Criminalistic Institute in Prague on the 4th of January 2018.

The email wasn't forwarded to the relevant department until the 11th of January and on the 13th of January it was put on file without further action as Andrej Babiš Jr. was already presumed to be cared for by his mother.

According to the iROZHLAS.cz server, the photo which was supposed to prove that, disappeared from the file.

Andrej Babiš Jr. says in an interview: 'My father was always a dishonest and vile person. He behaved like a primitive'

PAVEL ŠAFR, Editor-in-Chief of FORUM 24, 16 May 2021

The daily FORUM 24 asked Andrej Babiš Jr. for an interview. He decided to defend himself against the disparage caused by his father, a billionaire and the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic. In 2018, Babiš Sr. described his son as schizophrenic so that the public would not take seriously his son's description of how he was taken to Crimea and so that he wouldn't be able to testify in the case of the prime minister's subsidy fraud. Meanwhile, this use of a psychiatric diagnosis to remove a witness for the purposes of the Prime Minister's crisis communications was supported by statements from well-known doctors. Andrej Babiš Jr. considers this behaviour to be an abuse of psychiatry. The interview we are now presenting to the public was conducted in writing with Andrej Babiš Jr. We also verified his identity and authenticity in a subsequent detailed telephone conversation.

The statements of Andrej Babiš Jr. show the scandalous behaviour of a prime minister who did not hesitate to severely damage his own son when his interests were at stake. At the same time, Andrej Babiš Jr. acts calmly, rationally and does not come across as mentally ill. However, he comes across as a man who has been through hell and is still facing considerable pressure. Here is the text of the authorised interview:

Do you love your father as much as a son loves his father? Has politics changed him?

My father doesn't deserve to be loved by anybody. There is no way I will allow myself to have such feelings for a person (if he deserves to be called a person at all) like him. My father has always been dishonest and unkind, politics hasn't changed him, only improved his ability to be even more phony. The truth is probably known only by the family from his first marriage, that he is a sadist. After a while he began to direct his sadistic urges at employees and into business, where his employees make other peoples' lives miserable at his command. And some do it with gusto, like Mr Protopopov.

To be perfectly honest, even as a young boy I used to hear from my father (apologies in advance for the vocabulary) that I was a piece of sh*t, and his motto, which he often repeated to me, was: the bigger dog f*cks, the smaller one waits. Or first the master, then the dog...

I can't do anything about the kind of person he is, but in no way do I see the epitome of the word "father" in him anymore.

How did you discover that you were inconvenient to your father as a witness in the Stork's Nest case?

It became clear to me the moment Dr Protopopova came to me and had me sign an excuse slip that I was unable to testify anywhere (I assume it was for the police). And then, when my father told me face to face that he wanted me to disappear from the Czech Republic, I had no doubts at all at that moment.

Have you been a patient of Dr. Protopopova and the National Institute of Mental Health before?

I've never been a psychiatric patient anywhere before the incident on highway D1.

How long before these events did you work as an airline pilot and why did that era end? What disrupted it?

I worked as an airline pilot for two years for a company called Travel Service, which was co-owned by Jiri Simane, a friend of my father. In 2014, a strange situation started to develop at work, which forced me to resign. I don't know if it was already related to my father's case.

How did your father's collaboration with the Protopopovs come about? Did you know them before they started "supervising" you?

I didn't know them before, and I don't think my father did either. As far as I know, my father's collaboration with the Protopopovs began shortly after my incident on highway D1.

You say that you have no confidence in the Czech police or the judiciary, but don't you still consider the possibility that you would testify, and that the case might be brought to light under the pressure of public interest?

Unfortunately, the fear that my testimony would be manipulated, persists. I would most likely be dehumanized again, as is happening today, and the label of schizophrenic would be applied again. I can't even hope for an independent forensic expertise in the Czech Republic.

I approached about ten Czech psychiatrists through friends and asked if they would come to Geneva to examine me for a few days. That I would arrange a consultation with my doctor, submit complete medical documentation.

Although I don't have much money, I offered to pay for the airfare, hotel and lost earnings for the working hours. Every single one of them refused, saying that no one would go against Dr. Höschl and my father to risk, for example, being financialy or professionaly wiped out.

I thought it would be a good idea to have someone from Czech Republic examine me, besides a foreign expert. Someone who knows the circumstances of my story from different angles, and thus can get a better idea of what - and especially why - Protopopova wrote in her medical report.

After I was rejected, I was forced to make other arrangements. So I collaborated on the "Open Letter to Dr. Höschl" and its complete English version, so that the foreign experts would also know the background of my case. Because Protopopova also writes in her report about politics in connection with my father, which I consider to be completely unacceptable and out of place.

That is what is important to me now, not some intrigues of Czech pseudo-politics in which I was involved, and thanks to which I did not even get help from the Czech police. Quite the opposite: the police cooperated with those who caused my situation and who i have accused.

I cannot trust the Czech Police after what they did to me, and I have no desire to cooperate with them. I will not make the same mistake twice.

On Friday, irozhlas.cz published an interview with me where I tried to explain my situation.

On Saturday, they published an article in which they discussed a document I sent them (which they did not mention), namely a letter from the district prosecutor's office to Switzerland as part of international aid.

Unfortunately, it was misleadingly headlined "116 questions Babiš Jr. owes an explanation for: buying shares, the role of the prime minister and knowledge of the Stork's Nest".

I don't think I owe the Czech police any explanation at all. Even in the position of the accused, I asked the Czech Police for help from Ukraine in January 2018, i.e. I was not hiding anywhere. If there was any interest in my statement, I was available.

But I can try to explain one day, to prove the facts from documentation, as I did for iRozhlas, still the next day they will write something again that shows me in a bad light in the eyes of the public, like the above mentioned headline. I just don't expect or seek justice in the Czech Republic anymore.

Do you have the impression that the police acted unfairly against you because your father is the Prime Minister or previously the Minister of Finance?

What is going on behind the scenes in the police force, I cannot know. In my case, however, it was not objective, which is documented in the "Open Letter to Dr. Cyril Höschl".

How do you feel about the fact that at the time the interview with you was published on Seznam Zprávy, your father was also talking about your sister's psychological problems on television?

I think only a monster could do something like that. He published his own daughter's private medical information. What he did to me goes even further - beyond the bounds of human dignity.

Are you afraid of your father?

I've never been afraid of him because he's a coward. That's what's bothered him all his life. Cowards are incapable of establishing authority, they don't have the capacity. He wasn't even able to build respect for me because he always acted like a primitive. In Switzerland, his cowardly practices can't reach me, and even if they did, I will never be afraid of that kind of person. But the fact is, I know better than anyone else what he is capable of.

What was your relationship with your father before the whole affair? Were you seeing him? And maybe his wife, Monica, and his other two children?

I've always had good relations with my siblings, visiting them now and then. But I'd rather not comment on the rotten family lifestyle my father and his wife have built up. Or the way they make slaves of their employees and treat people in general.

Your father says he played chess with you in Switzerland. What did you two talk about at that time? What was his visit to you and your mother like?

The chess game lasted about two minutes. We didn't talk about practically anything because I wasn't interested, I didn't give him the space to manipulate me. This was after he rather nastily told me to delete my own email account, from which I had been writing to journalists and asking police for help, describing what I had experienced (and what he was actually funding financially). I wasn't there when he was arranging with my mother for a public statement to the television channel TV Nova.

Do you want to say what your father is like in person? Does he act authoritatively? What kind of pressure did he put on your mother?

I wouldn't want to talk about things concerning my mother. My personal contact with my father has always been humiliating to the point of being disgusting, sometimes going beyond the limits of what one is even capable of saying to another person. But I was used to it from the age of five, so it always seemed normal to me.

How would you describe exactly the abuse of psychiatry that occurred in your case?

They just needed to get rid of an uncomfortable person, so they took care of that with the help of psychiatrists. I didn't have a chance to defend myself. When I tried to escape, they doubled my doses of psychopharmaceuticals as punishment, which made me feel horrible. This is described in great detail and documented in the open letter I mentioned earlier.

What do you think about the public and societal dimension of your case?

I think a lot of people in Czech Republic underestimate how easily they can end up like me. Once with the label of a schizophrenic, I wish them good luck in convincing others that they are completely normal. If they dared to do this to me as the son of a high-ranking politician, how easily can they possibly do this to any other person? It's quite simple in your country today, unfortunately.

Andrej Babiš Jr.: My diagnosis is the Stork's Nest

At dinner with Andrej Babiš Jr.

What is the son of the Czech Prime Minister like? He is polite, pleasant and his narration does not give the impression of a mentally ill person.

On Sunday, 16 May, we published an interview with Andrej Babiš Jr. in our daily FORUM 24; it caused a stir and was read by 300,000 readers. In it, the son of the prime minister spoke openly about his views on his father, his methods and his behaviour. He literally described him as a monster and then confirmed this statement when authorising the interview. He also told how he had become a psychiatric patient, which he had never been until the Stork's Nest case. Before that, he had worked as an airline pilot.

AUTHOR: PAVEL ŠAFR

While communicating about this interview via video chat and e-mail, Andrej and I agreed to meet in Geneva. I needed to get to know him as a journalist who wants to have the maximum degree of certainty that he is talking to a trustworthy person, and to clarify a number of contexts in a case that the Czech public already knows in a nutshell, but which at the same time has aroused a sharp debate and many questions.

On the soup with mustard

Andrej Babiš Jr. arrived for the meeting at exactly five o'clock. We met at a hotel in the city centre, a few steps from the Saint-Pierre Cathedral. We went to a nearby restaurant, Le Perron, and chose a table in the shade of the trees in the garden. We both ordered the Geneva fish soup, which, remarkably, is served with mustard. Andrej ordered the food in his impeccable French. Andrej Babiš Jr. was born in 1983. He learned French as a young child in Morocco, where his father worked in the sales office of former company Petrimex. He attended kindergarten there with children of Russian diplomats. He lived later on in Geneva with his mother from 1998 to 2002 and attended high school here. The most characteristic feature of Andrej Babiš Jr.'s behaviour is politeness, courtesy and a certain shyness, which disappears when it comes to defending his dignity and naming things precisely. When asked about his psychiatric diagnosis, he replies without hesitation, "My diagnosis is the Stork's Nest." We eat fish soup with mustard and hard cheese and Andrej Babiš talks about life in Geneva and how he studied aviation in college in Florida. It's an interesting story. Many people who were born under communism didn't have the opportunity to experience the world this thoroughly, and I find myself thinking that this nice man should have stayed in America. He would have been happy and probably successful there, and obviously would not have met his current fate, where many people see him as an untrustworthy psychiatric patient. However, he only had a student visa, so after passing his commercial pilot's exam and obtaining his American pilot's license, he went to the Czech Republic, where his father arranged for him to work for his friend Jiri Simane's company, Travel Service. From October 2011 to April 2015, he held a valid pilot's license as a co-pilot for Boeing 737 transport aircraft.

Common genes but different character

Andrej Babiš Jr. then talks about his difficult situation at the Czech airline, where he gradually discovered that many pilots hated his father. This part of the story shows that the young Babiš was apparently regarded as a case of nepotism by his colleagues, which was the first questioning of his abilities as a pilot culminating eventually in him leaving the company, when he resigned by mutual agreement. Then comes the strange situation on highway D1 in July 2015. While his father claims that his son was found by the police in a car in a state of mental distress, he himself says that a police car pulled him over and forced him to stop near Prague near Průhonice. Here, Andrej Babiš Jr. admits to being angry at the way the police stopped him, which is why he spoke to them farcically saying he was George Clooney, Barack Obama, etc. They then held him without identification until he was put inside an ambulance, after which they allegedly took him to a psychiatric clinic in Havlíčkův Brod without stopping at the police station. This part of the story is very strange. Incidentally, it was at this time that journalists from the weekly magazine EURO were looking into the legality of the allocation of a 50 million Czech crown subsidy for the luxury Stork's Nest farm by the then Finance Minister Andrej Babiš Sr.

As I had dinner with his father once, I have an interesting comparison. Father and son do not deny their common genes. In some situations, Andrej Babiš Jr. inadvertently has the same facial expressions and the same quick eye blink as his father. Yet he is someone completely different. His father oozes aggression and an almost obsessive purposefulness when you meet him - in everything he does, it's easy to trace a goal designed to ensure his dominance. His son is completely lacking in these traits. There is no trace of any aggressiveness in him and the only goal he pursues is emancipation and the defence of his own elementary human rights.

HOW DID OUR CONTACT WITH ANDREJ BABIŠ JR. COME ABOUT?

Andrej Babiš Jr. contacted our editorial office first, when he alerted us to an inaccuracy in the report of his interview with internet news portal iRozhlas. His communication was factual and reasonable. We asked him what his impression was of our articles on the abuse of psychiatry in his case. He said that he had followed our articles and that they corresponded to the facts. So we asked him for an interview, which was published in FORUM24 on May 16th. Andrej Babiš Jr. authorized the entire interview, including the headline: My father was always false and evil. He behaved like a primitive.

His description of how he found himself under the tutelage of his alleged "coach" Protopopov, and how his wife Dr. Dita Protopopova made him a legally incompetent fool, seems quite credible.

Psychiatric abuse and police dilettantism

And yet I am in no position to say anything about the psychiatric diagnosis of Andrej Babiš Jr. If I did not know about it, I wouldn't have noticed anything special about the young Babiš. His judgments are consistent, often surprisingly accurate. His understanding of the problems of politics is perfect, and he shows a clear value orientation. He himself disputes his psychiatric diagnosis and above all, he uses specific documents to prove that while Dita Protopopova, a doctor from his father's political ANO movement, wrote an opinion for the police that he suffers from severe paranoid schizophrenia, preventing him from testifying in his father's criminal case, the first Swiss clinic that examined him diagnosed a completely different milder form of schizophrenia simplex, which, although it can lead to a loss of vitality, would not exclude him from testifying to the police or diminish his credibility. However, at the clinic he did not tell doctors anything about the political background of his case, because the whole situation was still incomprehensible to him, not having put together the various connections at the time. He was unaware of many of the events surrounding his father and the Stork's Nest case, and even if he had suspected all that he knew today, he said he would have been concerned about his father's influence there as well because of his long-standing Swiss contacts. In Switzerland, therefore, they based their opinion only on the fact that he had been hospitalised in the Czech Republic with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. They did not take into account the possibility that he might have been experiencing withdrawal symptoms when, after fleeing to Switzerland, he was suddenly left without high doses of psychopharmaceuticals, which he was forced to take under the supervision of the Protopopovs. In fact, the sudden withdrawal of the preparation can cause difficulties which may be misinterpreted as another attack of the alleged illness. Meanwhile, his current psychiatrist reportedly told him that she was 90 percent sure that he had never had any schizoid symptoms. He may still have lingering health problems caused by wrongfully prescribed psychopharmaceuticals, as coming off them is neither easy nor short-term. But that doesn't mean he's excluded from human society, and he quite rightly defends his credibility. His stigmatization as a psychiatric patient was entirely purposeful, and was aided and abetted by psychiatrists and especially by his own father's media. That is clearly the crux of the matter. Andrej Babiš Jr. is obviously right in that he was purposely discredited by Czech psychiatrists, thereby serving his father's interests. And he is also undoubtedly correct that the police did not prevent his father from influencing him as a witness, when he visited him in Geneva on November 17th 2018 and asked him to delete the email account from which he communicated with the press. Was it dilettantism on the part of the police or fear of a powerful politician? That is a legitimate question. All in all, Babiš Jr. is much more credible than his father. He just doesn't have a media empire, a chemical and agricultural holding company, and he's not prime minister.

HOW WE LOOK AT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF ANDREJ BABIŠ JR.

We would not consider it ethical to make any media appearances with a man whose mental state was problematic, undignified or confusing. But we have spoken first on video chat and then in person with a completely judicial man who describes his case convincingly and appreciates when people stand up for his elementary human rights. In addition, he expresses a number of mature views on general topics of politics and society. For example, he resents the brainwashing of ordinary people by Russian propaganda. I am not a doctor to assess any medical condition, and I do not rule out the possibility that Andrej Babiš has undergone traumatic situations and manifestations that may fulfil the characteristics of a diagnosis. But during our contact so far, he has always been completely self-possessed and judicious. In my opinion, the fact that he was previously given such strong medication that he lost his coordination should be assessed by a forensic expert. It may have as well been a deliberate over-medication so that he could not testify to law enforcement, which would have been detrimental to his father's interests. I am afraid, however, that this will only be possible after the fall of the Babiš government.

Too many ties to Russia

And then there is another feature that distinguishes the son from his father. It is practically permanent self-reflection. This is probably the result of a traumatic experience of being doubted, as Andrej Babiš often apologises for his less-than-perfect Czech and his occasional switch to the Slovak language, which is also a trait of his father. One senses that he is more confident in French and English. However, he wants to speak Czech with Czech journalists. Andrej speaks openly about his father. Given his rather mild speech, it cannot be said that there is any hatred. It is, however, a very clear statement that Andrej Babiš Sr. is a calculating, false and unprincipled man who does not hesitate to do anything for his own interests. His son, for example, wonders why there are so many people with ties to Russia around his father. He does not believe his father to be a pro-Western politician and considers his forced visit to CIA headquarters before meeting President Trump in Washington to be a disgrace. Here is another difference between the son and the father. While the pro-Russian propaganda of the Czech disinformation media has often played into Prime Minister Babiš's hands, his son considers it brainwashing and openly and repeatedly reveals a Western orientation at dinner. In this context, a situation occurred that literally struck me. I asked Andrej if he had any fond memories of his father from his childhood. Andrej replied, "Unfortunately, yes." I asked - why unfortunately? And he says, "You know, I'd rather not have them. We liked American music together." Father and son preferred American rock music, and the son considered it a westernized trait of his father. He considered rumors of his collaboration with communist State Security (StB) to be fairy tales, and was proud of what he had accomplished in life. Now he knows how his father did it all and has no doubt about his collaboration with the State Security. Andrej Babiš senior's ties to Russia are clearly not indicative of his current policy, where he is leading a country that has had no choice but to expel a number of Russian agents. Rather, it speaks to the fact that the former communist foreign trade manager's natural social bubble is full of ties to the Russian environment and the communist intelligence services, which should be disqualifying for a politician in a democratic Western country. As we say goodbye, Andrej Babiš Jr. speaks appreciatively of the work of journalists at FORUM 24. Considering we're banned as journalists from the Government Office in Czech Republic, where his father reigns supreme, this is a typical paradox of the current situation. The Czechs are in a dispute over Andrej Babiš Sr. and a key electoral battle is about to take place. But Andrej Babiš Jr. has no doubt that his father is harming Czech society. We are standing on Rue de la Rôtisserie and the sun is slowly setting over the nearby lake. I know that I am standing here with a man whose rights have been brutally trampled upon by his own father. And he knows that I know it, and so he bids me farewell with touching cordiality. I will never forget this meeting in Geneva.

Andrej Babiš Jr:

I would never vote for my father

In May, the daily FORUM 24 published a very frank interview with Andrej Babiš Jr., the son of the Czech Prime Minister. In it, he described what his father is like, as well as how he found himself in the occupied territory of Crimea. After a personal meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, we expanded the interview with additional questions, and now we present the full text.

the first part of the interview above:

https://www.forum24.cz/andrej-babis-ml-rika-v-rozhovoru-muj-otec-byl-vzdy-falesny-a-zly-choval-se-jako-primitiv/

During our dinner, you said that there are strangely many Russian elements in Agrofert. Dr. Bilek, who manages trust funds for your father, represented the interests of the Russian Federation as a lawyer, Mr. Protopopov is from Moscow, and the father of his wife and your involuntary doctor, Dita Protopopova, received the Pushkin Prize from President Putin. How do you interpret that, actually?

It was none other than Alexei Bilek who was actually present during the police interrogation of Protopopov about my report of abduction to Crimea. Agrofert's chief lawyer, together with a man who's been convicted twice of car theft. I guess the juris doctor had nothing more important to do in the management of Agrofert, so he jumped to the aid of another Russian in need as charity.

When I first read or heard the acronym "StB" being referred to my father, I took it as a fairy tale, almost wanting to laugh at it because I didn't believe it. Nevertheless, when I was a kid, I had to go to a Russian-built kindergarden in Morocco, where the kids didn't want to play with me because I was the only one who didn't speak Russian.

However, after I found myself involuntarily in Russian annexed territory, and gradually learned more things, I finally woke up. I'm just afraid that a lot of people out there won't have a chance to wake up until something bad happens to them.

Your alleged "handler" Mr. Protopopov is a supporter of Vladimir Putin?

Yes, he is. To me, Putin supporters are clearly brainwashed fanatics.

How was it explained to you, that you were going to go to Crimea? Was it because it was out of reach of the Czech police? Did your father know that you were to stay in annexed Crimea? It is clear from the documents that he financed this trip. Why Crimea?

No one explained anything to me. My father knew about it, I heard him talking with Protopopov in front of me about getting me out of the Czech Republic. Not to mention that he financed it, as is clear from the documentation that I gave you. He even lied to the police that I financed it myself. Is it such a problem for the police to find out who paid for the flights, accommodation, and so on ?

"Why Crimea" - that can be explained very easily. If there was an insurance policy for my father with befriended secret services, I would have been dealt with very easily over there if I wanted to start talking. Which I was anyway, since the Czech police ended up contacting people who I accused, instead of contacting me, after I later called for help from Krivoy Rog.

Not to mention, the ego of this former car thief and counterfeiter of stolen bicycle parts, got so big after two and a half years of humiliating the unwelcome son of the biggest corporate mob boss of the Czech Republic, that the Russki in him simply wanted to go to annexed Crimea. There is no better holiday for mentally ill Russian aggressors such as himself.

How was it with the house in Ďáblice? Who is its owner today? You wrote that Protopopov was supposed to keep an eye on you there. Were you supposed to be the owner or a prisoner in that house? Did you choose that house? Did you ever want to live there?

My father actually payed for the house, although he told the police that I bought it myself with money he gave me. All I did was sign the bill of sale. It was at a time when I was fully under the supervision of the Protopopovs, and I was supposed to live there with them in the future. The house was then immediately taken over by Protopopov, and everything was additionally under control of IMOBA, including the security cameras until a few days ago. What good is a house where strangers control your every move and pretty much your entire life? I never wished to live in that house under those conditions.

Protopopovs

In your mother's questioning, it says you traveled a lot with Protopopov. Have you been anywhere else with him? How did you meet him?

In 2016, he came up with Kaliningrad, which was the first time he made me go to Russia. When his wife temporarily released me from detention at NUDZ, my father introduced me to Protopopov in the Imoba company's apartment where I lived in Prague.

Did you know about his criminal history? Did your father know about it?

When I got to know him and met some people he frequented, it became clear to me. He bragged to me himself about how he used to do drugs and steal motor vehicles in the past.

I can't imagine my father not knowing his background, it must be a matter of minutes for him to verify someone's history. I informed him right away, but he didn't do anything about it. I know without a doubt that he was glad he was dealing with a man he could control even more, because he had a criminal record.

I think that's pretty vital information as to who the Prime Minister of your country is actually capable of working with.

Did you have to come back from the United States where you studied aviation? It is clear from your account that you had friends and were successful over there. If you had the legal option of staying there, finding a job there, would you have gotten into your present difficulties? How did you like it in America?

I only had a student visa unfortunately, when I was in the U.S. That's why I had to leave after I finished my studies and training.

One can get into trouble anywhere, but I think my life would have been much better away from my father's environment. There were certainly no other reasons, why I should have had any major problems.

America is ideologically and infrastructurally a paradise on earth to me, like all western countries. I loved it there.

You told me that you are a pro-Western person. Would you explain to our readers what that means? What do you like about the West and what are your political positions?

Western democratic nations allow most people to live a more comfortable life than anywhere else. Including in Switzerland where I live, where society is very reasonable.

The situation in Belarus and Russia is appalling, and thinking of how many people in the Czech Republic have Russian connections, truly scares me. Despotism and terror shouldn't be allowed to spread out of these countries under any circumstance.

What do you like about Switzerland and Geneva in particular?

I like the way government works here, the way people behave, and how peaceful it is here. Geneva is very international, just like the United States.

When did the subject of psychiatric diagnosis first come up in your life? What kind of problems did you have?

During the event with Czech police on highway D1, when police officers unjustifiably and violently had me taken to a psychiatric ward.

Before that, I was stressed when I quit my job at the airline company Travel Service, but nothing other people wouldn't experience considering the circumstances.

The only big problems I've had in my life so far were those of my father.

Did the medication you were prescribed improve, or worsen your health?

The psychopharmaceuticals that Protopopova prescribed me, can hardly be considered as medicine. They only ruined my health.

I tried to get off them right after I fled to Switzerland, but the withdrawal symptoms after 2.5 years of taking high doses were severe. I haven't gotten rid of them quite yet, but I believe that will change very soon.

Would you vote for your father's political party in the Czech Republic?

Never. Neither in the Czech Republic nor anywhere else.

The case of Andrej Babiš Jr.: The case of a helpless son humiliated by an all-powerful father is an indictment of our conditions

PAVEL ŠAFR, Editor-in-Chief of FORUM 24, 15 May 2021

The case of the Czech prime minister's son, Andrej Babiš Jr., has a horror story dimension. Unfortunately, it is not just one scary or gripping storyline like in an Alfred Hitchcock film. Nor is it a banal conflict between father and son over whether the son is ill (as the father states) and whether the father was trying to influence his son as a witness in his criminal case (as the son's statement implies). Above all, it is a scandalous mixture of quite visible failure on the part of some psychiatric doctors, police investigators and, by extension, prosecutors and, not least, a few journalists who helped the Prime Minister two and a half years ago to market his way out of a case that would have immediately brought down any other politician, usually one without an industrial holding and media empire behind him.

"This is a continuation of the disgusting abuse of a sick person, which is my son," Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO) said in November 2018. He spoke this way shortly after Seznam Zprávy published a report in which Andrej Babiš Jr. claimed that he had been taken to Russian-annexed Crimea against his will because of the investigation of the Stork's Nest case. Babiš has also previously said that his son from his first marriage suffers from schizophrenia.

This version of the Prime Minister's story, based on his son's diagnosis, was subsequently confirmed by the respected professor and psychiatrist Cyril Höschl. He said that the validity of statements made by a mentally ill person was questionable. (Read more HERE)

This seemingly general sentence fundamentally helped the Prime Minister with his crisis communication to make the public think that the Prime Minister's son was an unreliable witness in his criminal activities. Yet to drop a witness by pointing out that he is a fool is an old trick. Even if there is something to it, it is a subject for a thorough examination in court and not a deleted sentence in front of a TV camera.

What on earth did Professor Höschl need it for? Would his National Mental Health Institute in Klecany lose its funding? In our country, it's quite possible that he would. But at the same time, that cannot excuse such a serious breach of medical ethics. A doctor must not put down his patient in public, and certainly not in a criminal case. However, no medical self-regulatory organization then addressed this unethical behavior by its leader.

Someone simply serves Babiš's needs and moves on. When someone with a powerful name behaves in a morally problematic way, the professional organization remains silent. Especially when it acts in accordance with the needs of the current political power. We get it, dear doctors. We do the same among journalists. When someone serves the Prime Minister, we in the profession are supposedly supposed to keep quiet about it.

But then there is the scandalous behaviour of the police, who tolerated the Prime Minister trying to silence a witness in his criminal case and took up his version of his ill son. The humiliation of the son in front of the entire public as an incompetent wretch, the shameful pressure on his mother. In the face of this horrifying spectacle, which was obvious to the thinking observer at first sight, the Czech police turned a blind eye and pretended not to see.

And we all know why.

Because in a country with an inadequate rule of law culture, the law of the strongest applies, not the rule of law. That's why we have given so little credence to someone who is weaker, and the strongest TV station - TV NOVA - gave the space to defend their version to someone who is incomparably stronger. This is the fundamental problem of our country: Strength, not truth, applies here.

The image of Prime Minister Andrej Babiš almost crying to moderator Koranteng in an extraordinarily televised interview over how his poor son is so sick that no one must believe him, not even a single word he says, is deeply embarrassing for all Czechs. Our strongest television station, at the most important moment of the whole affair, did not give space to the weaker, but only to the stronger - i.e. Babiš senior. It allowed the prime minister to play a disgusting show and supported his claims by broadcasting a well-read and well-prepared statement from his ex-wife, prepared by Babiš's purists. The message was clear: When the prime minister's son states that he was taken abroad to avoid harming his father in his criminal case, this is the ramblings of a schizophrenic that must not be taken seriously. The theatre was played out for the sake of TV NOVA viewers and for the public impact of the case on the preferences of the government movement. It was not about the truth. It was about appearances.

The people on this television who have committed this mischief against the Czech public should be ashamed of themselves when today we can read the rational and credible opinions of Andrej Babiš Jr., whose rights have been so brutally suppressed. An interview with Babiš's son was published by the server iRozhlas. It is clear from the text that the Prime Minister put his son and his ex-wife under severe pressure with one aim: to disparage his own son as a witness in his criminal case.

The supremacy of might against elementary justice is a fundamental problem in our society. Anyone who is a bit of an idealist in this jungle of a system comes across as an exotic. Being on the side of power and force is considered normal here. That is why police officers do not investigate criminal cases against the Prime Minister and why prosecutors remain silent in these cases. It is also why our senior civil servants willingly pay illegal subsidies to Babiš's companies, even though they would never do so in another conflict of interest case. Because they serve those who are powerful. They respect the law of the jungle.

Prime Minister Andrej Babiš did not invent this system of society-wide demoralization. We are all responsible for this absurd and shameful situation. It is a much deeper and broader problem in our nation, which has its roots in the mentality of the communist regime, where only the General Secretary and the Party were always right. Babiš senior, however, knows how to walk in this barbaric system of the right of the strongest and so he has now become its king temporarily.

The civilised society we should strive for together must never side with the powerful father against the powerless son. The stronger against the weaker. Because it is a sign of barbarism. The credibility of Andrej Babiš Jr.'s testimony should have been judged by the court, not by the viewers of TV NOVA.

THE STORK'S NEST: WHY IT WAS NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE INTERROGATION OF BABIŠ'S SON

SABINA SLONKOVÁ, 1.6.2021

The police have confirmed Neovlivní.cz's information that they are demanding a trial for the prime minister. However, the prosecutor is hesitant to indict Andrej Babiš. He does not consider the evidence sufficient.

Only the end of the criminal investigation into the Stork's Nest case brought a clear answer to the question of why it was necessary to prevent the son of Prime Minister Andrej Babiš from testifying to the police in the case. According to Neovlivní.cz, prosecutor Jaroslav Šaroch believes that there is not enough evidence against the prime minister in the case file to send him to court.

And if Andrej Babiš Jr. were to repeat in the police report the allegations he made to journalists, first in a personal meeting in Geneva and then in other communications, the evidence against his father the prime minister would be increased. First of all, he would be convicted of being personally involved in the project and having his son sign documents on the case without Andrej Babiš Jr. knowing exactly what was going on.

"If he were to repeat what he told journalists, it would be one of the essential pieces of evidence against the prime minister," a source familiar with the status of the investigation told Neovlivní.cz on condition of anonymity.

But the Czech police have never spoken to Andrej Babiš Jr. His father, the prime minister, has managed to build such a careful dam around his son that the police have not been able to reach him. First, the psychiatrist he hired, Dita Protopopova, sent a letter to the police saying that Andrej Babiš Jr. was unfit for questioning. And when the son threatened to testify himself, the prime minister had him taken away from the authorities, accompanied by the Russian husband of the psychiatrist Protopopova. The prime minister's son ended up in Russian-occupied Crimea.

"My father wanted me to disappear because of the Stork's Nest case," Andrej Babiš Jr. later confirmed.

By not testifying, junior is the missing piece of the whole puzzle. The police are convinced that what they have gathered in the file also proves the Prime Minister's responsibility for the subsidy fraud. But the state prosecutor, according to Neovlivní.cz's findings, is in doubt as to whether that is enough to bring charges.

"He informed that in his opinion, it is not enough for the prime minister. In the end, only one person - his former adviser Jana Mayerová - can go to court. She would do the job for everyone," the source quoted above added.

State prosecutor Jaroslav Šaroch refused to discuss his view of the matter with journalists. "You know I don't talk to you," he said in response to Neovlivní.cz's requests for an interview.

Neovlivní.cz has published a total of 339 reports on the Stork's Nest case since 2015, most of which contained original findings. For example, evidence from a printed magazine, that the case involved fraud from the beginning. Or that the Prime Minister lied in the case. Because of this, MPs even called an emergency session of the House of Commons where the Prime Minister had to defend himself.

The documents published by the editorial board were also requested by the police, who then used them to accuse the Prime Minister.

Andrej Babiš has never admitted that there was anything wrong with the case. From the beginning, he has claimed that the investigation was fabricated. And he reiterated this yesterday when the police confirmed that they wanted to put the prime minister on trial.

"Nothing illegal has ever happened and I reject all nonsensical accusations," he was quoted as saying by the Czech News Agency.

Scandalous circumstances: the Prime Minister entrusted his son to a criminal and had him taken to Crimea to prevent his interrogation

PAVEL ŠAFR, 8. 6. 2021

Petr Protopopov | FOTO: profimedia.cz

The daily FORUM 24 has obtained documents that show truly scandalous conditions in the environment of Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš. Firstly, it is a police report that summarises the criminal career of Petr Protopopov, an employee of the Prime Minister's Agrofert holding, who was given the task of looking after Andrej Babiš Jr. during his alleged illness. The second document is an email in which this Petr Protopopov, from the address of his company "Vostok air", confirms to the Prime Minister's company IMOBA that he has booked an apartment in Sevastopol in Russian-occupied Crimea for 17 days. He then travelled to this apartment with Babiš's son.

The date on which Protopopov booked accommodation on the peninsula, which Vladimir Putin stole from Ukraine, is the same date on which the House of Commons handed over Andrej Babiš senior for prosecution over a 50 million Czech crown subsidy fraud. It was on the 6th of September 2017. Such a coincidence, right. Just when it could have hurt the then prime ministerial candidate to have his son present in the Czech Republic. Protopopov went to Moscow and Crimea with the younger Babis for a second time in October, when written notices of charges arrived at the Babis' home from the police. As if on cue, the keeper made another trip with Babis Jr who was entrusted to him.

The case of Andrej Babiš Jr.'s potential abduction from Czech Republic to Crimea is scandalous even in its mildest version. Suppose Andrej Babiš Jr. had exaggerated and it had not been an abduction, even in such a case, it is shocking that the current Prime Minister paid a so-called "assistant" or "coach" for his son, who travelled with him around the occupied territory of Ukraine. Protopopov, meanwhile, is a native of Moscow and a pro-Putin Russian patriot. His wife, MUDr. Dita Protopopova, who diagnosed Andrej Babiš Jr with severe paranoid schizophrenia and wrote an opinion for the police that he was completely unfit for questioning, is in turn the daughter of the strongly pro-Russian Slovak writer Juraj Kalnicki, who received the Pushkin Prize from the Russian President himself.

Much more likely, however, is the version of Andrej Babiš Jr., who repeats in an entirely just manner that he was forced to travel to Crimea and was apparently heavily medicated.

To make matters worse in this eastern madhouse, Dr Protopopova, who is listed on wikipedia as a politician of the ANO movement, leads the agenda of the government's mental health council as secretary. According to the government website, the chairman of the Government Council for Mental Health is Prime Minister Andrej Babiš himself. He is clearly an expert on mental health in his own right. One is probably not mistaken when one thinks that the Prime Minister together with Dr Protopopova diagnosed his son with paranoid schizophrenia and then entrusted him to the doctor's husband, who is listed by the Police of the Czech Republic as a car and bike thief, to go with him to the Crimea.

The police record of Peter Protopopov's criminal past is curious when one considers that the Prime Minister entrusted him with the care of his unwell son. He was convicted of car theft in 2000 and again in 2004. In addition, he was investigated by the police in connection with the sale of stolen bicycle parts. According to the police, he owned a "bicycle junkyard" and now owns a company called "Vostok air". Just the perfect "coach" for an ill son of the Czech Prime Minister.

In the career of our Prime Minister we will come across the concept of an Eastern madhouse in other spheres as well. These days, the European Parliament is passing a 43-point resolution that seeks to protect European money from Andrej Babiš. Perhaps that is why our Prime Minister is so similar to Mr Protopopov.

It is all shocking, but it is a harsh reality. Andrej Babiš senior has succeeded in making the Czech Republic an eastern madhouse. And he has done so by making all these absurdities possible to happen over here. Not to mention making our country look like an eastern madhouse to our partners in the European Union.

An open letter to Cyril Höschl and other psychiatrists about Andrej Babiš Jr.

14.5.2021, Forum 24

Professor Cyril Höschl, outgoing Director of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)

A website signed by a user named "Bohdan Švarc" has appeared on the Internet, which supports Andrej Babiš Jr. In a correspondence interview with iRozhlas, he confirmed that the information from this website correctly clarifies his case of being taken to Russian-occupied Crimea so that he could not testify as a witness in the criminal case of his father and Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš. The gravity of these statements is such that we present the introductory part of the text here with a link to further information.

Here is the authentic text of the letter to medical capacities about the abuse of psychiatry "according to the Soviet model".
